These guys rock, don't use anyone else. I had a return call 15 minutes after sending an inquiry for an event coordination in Vegas. I live out of state as do all the invitees. Joe and Luis handled every single detail of the event and it was fantastic! I would not have changed a thing! The decor was perfect, the food spectacular spectacular, set up and clean up was 100% on them, I never stressed or lifted a finger. And they are the nicest people ever. I don't even know where to begin with these guys. The word, "amazing" does not encapsulate the incredible and professional customer service Joe and Luis provide. First of all, they reply to your 1st inquiry the same day they receive a message from you. That was a huge selling point for me. Then once you hire them they become your best friends for the following weeks until your event. They are so organized, so meticulous, so timely and so creative. They text you 2 times a week with updates, reminders, and suggestions. And during your event, you don't have to lift a finger. They planned the most amazing college graduation party for our twins and transformed our back yard into a nightclub that our kids and their friends loved. That could be the review in its entirety but I will HAPPILY list all of the reasons why you need to contract this phenomenal company! Fair warning: This is going to be a long one! I reached out to them with an idea for a medieval themed event. Joe was quick to respond and even though the medieval theme was a first for MoonShakers, he was ALL IN and embraced our vision without reservations. I knew we had found our planner when Joe said, "This is going to be so much fun and A CELEBRATION FOR THE AGES!" Hosting a themed event comes with a certain level of pressure but the fact that we live out of state added an extra layer of stress to the situation. Not to worry...Joe asked for our venue contact and within a day had an appointment to view the space on our behalf! Joe and Luis took measurements, shared photos with us and assured us that the space was a perfect canvas to start from. Within a week, we had our first virtual meeting and they presented conceptual drawings, floor plans, and three different options/price points to choose from. Every base was covered. Our little idea took off like a runaway freight train and before we knew it, it had morphed into a full on theatrical production...And MoonShakers was THERE FOR IT! Never once displeased or telling us something wasn't possible. Their years of experience in hospitality is a bonus that deserves to be mentioned. They were our liaisons with the catering and banquet staff at Caesars Palace and knew exactly what to ask and what needed to be done. We had weekly check ins that kept everything progressing smoothly from beginning to end. They gave us an outline that had everything scheduled to the minute. From the timing for the ceremony to the reception and they even handled the arrivals and schedules of the three entertainers we hired. They proved to be a valuable source of creative ideas with an unrivaled attention to detail. They procured GORGEOUS custom medieval themed centerpieces to add to a tablescape that was pure perfection. Hotel employees were dropping in to marvel at the set up and decor because none of them had ever seen anything like it...Now that's saying something! Unexpected Extras! They tracked and received shipments on our behalf so we wouldn't have to be bothered with traveling with the items we ordered for the event. They accommodated two last minute guest changes which entailed rearranging the seating. They acted as "Lost & Found" and returned two valuable items to our guests a day after the revelry. We genuinely cannot say enough good things about MoonShakers. We felt like Joe and Luis treated us like friends rather than clients. They gave us advice, ideas, and honest input when it came to what was worth spending money on and where we could save some. They're so warm and friendly that at the end of it all, we felt a void knowing we wouldn't be communicating with them weekly. MoonShakers transported our guests to a different time and place by bringing our dream to life...They basically created a set fit for a movie or Broadway production. First class catering service! The best catering company I have used in the passed 2 years. It was definitely an amazing event, all my friends complemented me on the event. Thanks to Joe and Moonshakers Productions my event was a success. When I met with Joe to discuss my party, he guided me through the event and with his ideas and recommendations I visualized a successful event.
