I called, and after a few messages, was able to get a consult and three days of floor work scheduled and completed within ten days. Improvements they could make: 1) Better phone system... I had to leave three voicemails over three days before getting called back 2) Clean-Up included... I was unpleasantly surprised when they didn't take care of the refuse (pulled up carpet and tack boards) Valentino is very friendly and professional.
