I found that in spades with Roofer Chicks. We used Roofer Chicks to replace our roof, replace our windows, replace our siding, replace gutters and paint entire outside. With each step, they were always communicative. From beginning to end, they were always accessible and able to turn on a dime, if needed. An example was when they went to replace the siding, the first day, they did the chimney. We couldn't really see out the back windows due to the work so it wasn't until they finished for the day and my wife took a dislike to how it looked. They were coming back the next morning so I reached out to Roofer Chicks on a Saturday, early in the morning, to express our feelings and they immediately offered to go with a different layout, including taking down what they had done the day before. A couple hours later, Adrian called and told me he would be there in a few days and would try to get to me as fast has he could, as the recent bad weather had them busy. Fast forward to a few days later. Adrian showed up and went to work. He looked in my attic, said he had located the problem and went to my roof. Shortly thereafter, he came down from the roof and showed me pictures. He said my roof was in good condition and that a boot at the bottom of a vent pipe became brittle and cracked, causing the small leak we found. A common problem he sees a lot with extreme heat and hot summers. He quoted me a price and scheduled me for a repair about a week later. He sent me an email with the total, the pictures, and my completion date. The process was painless and I appreciated the use of technology. The repairs were made. Fast forward to this year. My roof sprung another leak in the same area. I reached out to them the next day and got lucky. Adrian was able to come out the same day. This time the vent near the last repair needed sealant. He offered to stop by on his way home in the upcoming days and would place the sealant near the vent for free. He recommended the three vents installed by the original home builder be replaced with better ones and would send a quote. But for now, would patch me up to get me by and buy a little more time. Adrian made the complementary repair, and provided me a quote with the vent replacement. I can say with the upmost confidence that I highly recommend Roofer Chicks. They are friendly, reliable, and not one your fly by night roofing companies that show up after a storm and leave town. These folks are a local business here in New Braunfels, and they made my stress level relax a little, making the pain more bearable. If you need a roof repair, you will be happy you used them. They came to my house with samples for me to gaze through. I never felt pressured into buying or being obligated to anything. They even helped me apply for financing. As a female, I am not skilled in any carpentry works or knowledge in accurately measuring square footage. I just new that I wanted a nice size patio cover with an outdoor fan. When the gentleman arrived, he was very patient and very experienced and help me to decide what type of patio I had envisioned. He advised me on what supplies I would need and explained to me just where to find it and what to look for when purchasing the fan. Needless to say, the craftsmanship and professionalism was exceptional and I have gotten plenty of compliments on my patio cover. Now 3 years later, Tropical Storm Harvey ripped my gutters off my home. I called several companies and even tried my home owners insurance but had no success. They stated that we would receive their services at a great price as long as they could take befote and after pictures for their website and brochures. It took them 4 months to completely build the add-on sun room and porch. Their concrete company broke all of our sprinkler lines which they replaced, they did not put the shingles on the covered patio as promised due to the stating AFTER that it would cost extra, we had to re-caulk everything because there was air gaps everywhere (between the house and porch along with outside and the porch) because they caulked the outside but not the inside of the enclosed patio, they forgot to install the storm door and exterior fan, the concrete has cracked and sagged where they extended the patio which is now unlevel with the porch, the company tried to pay us in order for us to make a payment on the patio so we wouldn't mess up their rating on the Better Business Bereau, the insulation is absolute garbage and makes the enclosed patio into a sauna even with blackout curtains and a 14 seer A/C pumping 24/7, and overall, it looks like a half-ass job. We wished we would have just done it ourselves versus paying this company to build a half-ass enclosed and extended patio.
