Waited on the phone to speak to somebody for 40 minutes just for them to tell we have to transfer then I waited an additional 17 got told I need to drive into a store. That was I should've been told to drive to a store regardless it's been the most stressful event of my life in the last two months the guy who I talked to on the phone that worked for Metro that transferred my plan from magenta to Metro, screwed me over big-time because the e sim was never complete. Finally at this store less than five minutes they fixed my phone.
