Dogs run (some are aggressive) and when the office is called and told, they tell the tenants to call police or dog control, supposed to pick up after your dog, if tenants complain the office staff once again puts it on the tenant to take care of.

The Good: - Nice quiet neighborhood with mixed tenants of…read moremilitary and civilian. - community club house/leasing office offers small indoor gym. - Eye catching exterior from the red brick. - Offers lower rates for those who qualify. - Maintenance workers snow plows/shovels and salts roads and walk ways during those winter months. - If you work in the nearby medical facilities its a very quick commute. - Community prohibits outside businesses to solicit on the property. So no meddling peddlers. The Bad: - One problem I had was of the poor creaking foundation of the unit, being on the bottom floor single bed I had a neighbor in the above unit their stairway is right next to our living room. Walking up and down the stairs the hollow sound has enough decibels to wake even the heaviest of sleepers. Simply putting it, it might just been my unit but this was a weak cheap poorly built facility. - There are no sheltered parking or assigned parking. There were numerous times of when I'd get home to have no place to park due to simply no assigned parking. - A security deposit is required of one months rent and that's not guaranteed to get the full deposit back. - Rent starts from 910 and up unless you qualify for the low income rate. - Mailboxes are all located in the leasing office, small and mail carrier tends to over stuff and jam all mail till it fits. Five Oversized mail boxes are available large packages. - If you are military or working on Fort Drum, it's about a 15-30 minute commute depending on traffic and weather. Some occasions longer due to heavy snow on during winter months. - Does not allow satellite or direct tv, rumor has it the community has a contract with Time Warner Cable. - Road ways are narrow and difficult to see oncoming traffic when pulling out of parking. I've actually witnessed an accident due to 1) tenant was not obeying 15mph speed limit and 2) poor visibility of other tenant. - Trash bins are provided, inconvenient depending on the location of certain units. - Please document all damages and stains with leasing manager prior to signing the contract or you will be held liable. - To put it in simple words, if you're desperate go for it! If not, there are plenty of better built complexes for a better price. I hope this helps for those who want an insider review.

Now the biggest complaint I have is that there is a few tenants that like to gossip about other people to some of the other buildings I've heard a few things from other buildings about certain tenants plus a few tenants in our building like to start trouble and say things about other people that are not true believe me I've had a few run ins already

The apartments are relatively new so you can absolutely expect modern looking kitchens and cabinetry, however upon closer inspection (or five minutes of living there) you can tell that's it's all cheap second rate materials that easily break, chip, and crack from normal living wear and tear. Then you lose your security deposit even though nothing in the apartment was designed to be structurally sound enough for, well, life. There is either a thin layer of insulation or none at all. One can easily hear every step of the patrons above you, every word of people in the hall, and every door shutting from your neighbors to your left and right. So, if you desire no privacy and love to hear everything around you then by all means, enjoy. I could easily write a novel on the abysmal parking situation, however, I'll leave it at "every man for them self." Finally, the management is extremely rude and unhelpful regardless of the request.

Summary: We signed a lease, Ron couldn't honor it and didn't try to help us…read more We signed a lease on 9/16 for a rental house on County Route 46 with Ron. The lease term was set to begin 10/14. Our ideal move in date was 10/1, but this house was exactly what we wanted so we decided to wait in a hotel for the extra time before it was ready. We planned to move in on Friday 10/15. Ron let us know that the current tenant would be moving out on 10/14 so I was a little nervous about the turnaround for cleaning but I saw that he was an active real estate agent in the community so I trusted that he wouldn't give us a lease that he couldn't deliver on. On Tuesday 10/12, 3 days before move in, Ron emailed us and let us know that the current tenant would not move out on time because his new apartment wouldn't be ready. Ron didn't try to call us first or offer anything to alleviate the burden of this change. We offered to allow the current tenant to keep his stuff in the 2 car garage but Ron said no. It really felt like he just sided with the current tenant who was breaking his lease early and also moving out later than the agreed upon date. Our movers were set to come Friday and couldn't reschedule until a much later date so we had to get our security deposit back and find an apartment to move into on 10/15 (with only 2.5 days time to look). I'm not living in a comfortable situation because Ron couldn't follow through on the lease date that he offered. This has been the most difficult and frustrating moving situation I've ever had. Perhaps I dodged a bullet with this management company, but I'm really sad to not be in the house I signed a lease for.
