She cleaned the home fine, but things quickly took a turn from there. Our main issue with Adrianna was the lack of communication and overall inconsistency of when she would show up to clean. Adrianna completely stopped responding to our communication after a specific cleaning. One of the carpets had makeup smeared into it, and Adrianna cleaned it and said she usually charges extra, but didn't want us to foot the bill. However, if this was her gripe, she could've easily communicated that to us and we would have compensated her fairly, as we always did. We were unable to determine why communication stopped. We arranged to have some minor errands done for us, which we paid Adrianna for but were never completed. A large box of linens and pillows was removed from the property by Adrianna, who stated they were "unusable." Despite multiple requests, these items have not been returned. She never showed up for her final clean and we had to find someone last minute to continue operations, which caused us a lot of undue stress and anxiety. Adrianna's phone was also often turned off, the battery was dead, or she claimed that certain texts or images never came through. Because we can no longer get in touch with her, despite repeated attempts, we are currently taking action to recoup the lost inventory that she removed from our home. We fully agree with the other low rating she has received and were very disappointed by our experience with Adrianna's Cleaning Services. We do not recommend her to anyone seeking reliable cleaning services as we feel she was not the person she said she was. While we understand that accidents happen, Adrianna cleaned out her mop in the kitchen sink and a day later, the guest messaged us saying the sink was completely clogged. We ended up having to call an emergency handyman, and he found a small piece of plastic. The guest left us a low rating, which has hurt our business. Overall, Adrianna over-promised and under-delivered. We really expected more from someone who claimed to take so much pride in her work and was a "3rd generation cleaner." Please take caution when considering working with this individual.

The FB page owner quickly responding asking how big the house was, how many rooms and when needed. I provided all info as requested. I was given a quote of $450.00. I had gotten several other quotes, some higher, some lower and some the same. I chose Busy Bee based on communication and prompt responses. I had no idea how much I was going to regret this decision. The day of my move out clean May 7th, Friday, scheduled for 9 am, no one arrived. At 9:50 am, I contacted the Fb page owner through FB messenger, the only way we had been communicating and was told Megan was running late. I was not told until I asked. I was told she had to stop for gas and oven cleaner. Megan arrived over an hour after my schedule cleaning time. She also arrived with a child and her cousin. She promptly explained she was the owners cousin and did this on the side. Immediately I should have requested a different company, but chose to give them a chance. They did not bring a vacuum. They only had a hand broom. This was concerning. Halfway through the cleaning, things looked great, and then I heard their conversations and suddenly the quality of work changed. Now it was a rushed job. They told us they were done at 4:00. We explained that our rental company would be reaching out if anything was not up to THEIR standards. Megan understood. I requested a receipt for the services from the owner before the services were performed to ensure I could give the receipt to the rental company. Yet again ensuring it was up to the rental companies satisfaction. She said Megan would have one. My assumption that it may have been from a "business" was wrong. I asked the owner how are we able to pay for services, expecting some kind of website or email to respond to, and was told, just Venmo or cash to Megan. A handwritten receipt for "move out clean" was given for the amount paid. We had to Venmo the cleaner as such was still stating we are giving this to our rental company for their final approval. IF ANYTHING IS NOT TO THEIR STANDARDS, you will need to come back. They still claimed their job was satisfactory enough for them to leave. Here is what was not done. Blinds not done, carpets not vacuumed, light fixtures not cleaned, windows not cleaned, baseboards not cleaned. We had told them the carpet cleaners were coming the next day, and was told the baseboards will need to be done afterwards anyway so they were not going to do them because the paint would rub off. Not ok. Also, the heaters were not cleaned, nor the tops of the heaters wiped off. I recieved communication from our Rental Company on 5/29. She stated she cannot get ahold of the cleaning company. Interesting. I reached out and said hey, our rental company is not satisfied with the cleaning job. She responded with "you paid for your clean which means you approved of the cleaning job". We responded with some communication as well as reaching out to the cleaner who said, I will forward this info to Diana. Interesting. Now, we OVERPAID for a half assed cleaning job. She showed up with a minor to clean our house which is illegal under California state law, and proceeded to say all of her cleaners are independent contractors. I have gone back and forth with this company. She will not honor her word of doing the requested services. She claimed to have 3 times the man hours in our cleaning job and claimed to have made no money on our job. That is not the case. If you're going to claim a minor be prepared to pay them. The minor is not of legal California working age. And the company and cleaner are not going to come back and complete the move out clean. I do not recommend Diana DeMartino-Shelby, Megan Donato or Busy Bee cleaning to anyone. If I could choose zero stars I would.

She came with her crew to deep clean my business from top to bottom and I mean that literally. They cleaned the dust off of ceiling tiles and mopped the freezer floor until it looked like new. It was so clean but one vent was missed and she returned immediately to get it cleaned with no issues. Excellent customer service and attention to detail!     I'm going to start by first saying that I did not have my home cleaned because I am a wealthy…read moreperson (I am not) I hired a cleaning service because I'm a new mom and I had fallen behind on my cleaning. Secondly my home is not very big only 543 sq ft and not at all cluttered also I did not need anything special like windows cleaned or the inside of appliances, just a very basic cleaning. The company sent a man out to do an in person quote and quoted me $150. I was a little hesitant with this quote at first because like I said my house is very small and not that dirty but I assumed this was a professional company and I was going to get an amazing clean job. Well I was wrong. Today two cleaners showed up along with the man who did the quote and the man asked me to pay the money up front which made me a little more hesitant but whatever. The cleaners did not show up with professional cleaning supplies and they're equipment was dirty, the mop head was beyond needing to be changed out and they needed a new broom. One of the cleaners kept telling the other cleaners that she was missing spots to clean or that she needed to go back over things so at first I was happy that it seemed like one of them was checking the work and I assumed that meant nothing would be missed. I was wrong again. Before they left they told us they were mopping their way out the door and then they'd be gone, before she walked away I made sure to ask if they had cleaned under the stove and the couch like I had asked and she said that they did. I was stuck waiting for the floors to dry in the back bedroom and as soon as they were dry I went to check the work in the front rooms. At first glance it looked nice but then I noticed that the outside of my fridge was still dirty, I still felt sand on my hard floors walking through barefoot, spots that had not been mopped, floor boards weren't cleaned at all, blinds were not dusted, window tracks still had sand in them, furniture in the living room not dusted. I immediately called the company and told them I was not happy with the cleaning especially a $150 cleaning. For that price my house should of been spotless, I shouldn't of had to call them back over and I didn't think that I needed to stand over their shoulders to make sure they didn't miss anything. ONE of the cleaners came back over and I showed him what was missed and he went back over those areas but tried to leave without sweeping and mopping. He said he didn't think it needed it because he spot cleaned the areas that were missed but I politely asked him to do it since it was definitely still sandy and it's not a very big floor. I am grateful that they sent the cleaners back over but that should never have needed to happen in the first place. After the cleaner left again I noticed that it didn't look like the stove had been moved but I didn't think to check it before because I specifically asked if it had been done and the woman had said yes. I moved the stove to find it very dirty and hadn't been cleaned at all, so then I check under the couch where they claimed to have cleaned under that too and it wasn't clean under there either. Not only did the cleaners do a poor job but they lied right to my face!! I paid $150 to have the cleaners not do a good job, lie to my face, come back a second time and still miss stuff and ended up having to clean up after them.
