We tried to hire her to help organize and unpack our home we just moved into. First red flag was 2 days in a row she gave an excuse as to why she could show up to do a walk through and estimate after missing our originally set appointment. Second red flag on the 3rd day she was still coming with the wild excuses, but then started requesting a deposit be sent. (Which feels very scammish) 3rd red flag was even after I met with her in person and discussed the job ( I had to goto her) she quoted she would price it around the $500 range. Which would have been fine. But we still wanted the walk through. Then after she finds out that we are finically well off all of the sudden her bidding person who does her job bids for her ( which happens to be her mother ) tells her to take no less than 1200 or more for the job. Convenient doubling of the quote soon as she figured we could easily afford it and knew we were in a kind of situation where time was of the essence. She also shared with me all kinds of reviews which looked to be from yelp but are in fact not seeing as im the first to review her on here. Then looking closer at her reviews I see Robert S. Who I happen to know very well. And come to find out all the reviews are in fact fake profiles made by himself for her as a part of a side deal/transaction they made. All in all after an entire week being wasted waiting day after day with excuse after excuse she never could show up tobeven do a 15 minute walk through. Im appalled by the lies and deceit that went in to her pitch to find out they are all false. And even more disgusted at such poor business ethic. Avoid this company at all cost.

She cleaned the home fine, but things quickly took a turn from there. Our main issue with Adrianna was the lack of communication and overall inconsistency of when she would show up to clean. Adrianna completely stopped responding to our communication after a specific cleaning. One of the carpets had makeup smeared into it, and Adrianna cleaned it and said she usually charges extra, but didn't want us to foot the bill. However, if this was her gripe, she could've easily communicated that to us and we would have compensated her fairly, as we always did. We were unable to determine why communication stopped. We arranged to have some minor errands done for us, which we paid Adrianna for but were never completed. A large box of linens and pillows was removed from the property by Adrianna, who stated they were "unusable." Despite multiple requests, these items have not been returned. She never showed up for her final clean and we had to find someone last minute to continue operations, which caused us a lot of undue stress and anxiety. Adrianna's phone was also often turned off, the battery was dead, or she claimed that certain texts or images never came through. Because we can no longer get in touch with her, despite repeated attempts, we are currently taking action to recoup the lost inventory that she removed from our home. We fully agree with the other low rating she has received and were very disappointed by our experience with Adrianna's Cleaning Services. We do not recommend her to anyone seeking reliable cleaning services as we feel she was not the person she said she was. While we understand that accidents happen, Adrianna cleaned out her mop in the kitchen sink and a day later, the guest messaged us saying the sink was completely clogged. We ended up having to call an emergency handyman, and he found a small piece of plastic. The guest left us a low rating, which has hurt our business. Overall, Adrianna over-promised and under-delivered. We really expected more from someone who claimed to take so much pride in her work and was a "3rd generation cleaner." Please take caution when considering working with this individual.
