We gave lucky cab a call a day before and sure enough they showed up on time. Literally no hassle at all. The driver was super nice. Can't be trusted. I had used him a few times for medical appointments and he was always great…read more About three or four weeks ago I had a time call for him for the next morning. He assured me he would be there, and he was always good about that in the past. But this time he never showed. He didn't even call, just didn't show up. Because of that I missed my appointment, which was to check the incision on the back of my neck from a recent surgery. Since I missed the appointment I did not know that the incision had become infected, since I couldn't see it. I ended up in the hospital for five nights and had to have another surgery to control the infection and am still on drugs to control it. If he had called I could have taken an Uber and the infection would have been found before it got this bad. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY!
