However, this past attempted visit was quite unpleasant and honestly it felt very unsafe. I don't know any of the employees inside and have not given any reason to be treated like I was completely unwelcome. The posted business hours are 8 am - midnight and I already knew what I wanted and had the cash ready to go, along with a proper tip of course. I arrived and parked right next to the front entrance at 11:53 pm on the evening of July 18th 2026 and quickly hopped out of my car to the front entryway. I also glanced at my phone on the way in and it turned 11:54 pm. The employees were all in the process of trying to leave early. But one employee saw me and began asking for my ID. As I was pulling out my ID to give the gentleman there was some very violent and extremely aggressive movement coming from the front door. All of the sudden this armed police officer looking security guard bursted out of the front door and I mean violently; I literally thought he was coming after me, not joking I was actually afraid! He then immediately grabbed a security garage and slammed it shut right next to me with such force that my ears were ringing! The security guard saw me getting my ID out at 11:54 pm and for no apparent reason potentially caused me ear drum damage! I have multiple cameras that record audio and video both inside and outside of my car. They caught the entire 23 seconds of our interaction with gps time stamps. You can very clearly hear how loud the slammed security garage door was. I plan on getting this information to my attorney. I believe I may have potential ear drum damage because of the violent security guard. Additionally, there are other reviews of customers being turned away before the posted store closing time. If the employees are going to try to leave early then why not just post an earlier closing time? There was a police officer in the parking lot with their car pointed directly at the incident. My attorney should be able to get a hold of that footage from the patrol car too. It should be noted that I did not try to continue with giving the employee my ID as they clearly didn't want me there. I just left, feeling quite upset and physically injured. Along with asking out loud after I turned towards my car and started walking away, what the *%#+ was wrong with the security guard it wasn't even closed yet?! (11:54 pm) I highly recommend avoiding Q'anápsu at all costs. If I could give zero stars then I would have without hesitation.

Most of them know me by name and I know theirs. Today 7/27/2025 I went to Top Shelf, and they( same person who has sold to me numerous times) wouldn't sell to me because my drivers license had the hole punch because i was waiting for my REAL ID. Well I have been using that same drivers license at the same dispensary for over a month with the same employees with no issue. Now today its an issue. This doesn't even count the number of times when I've reached for ID and they've said "don't bother we know you.". 2. The accessories they sell are cheaply made, and way over priced. They sold me a cracked bong and wouldn't take it back even with receipt. All the dispensaries around here the same pretty much stock and price wise. Basically it comes down to customer service and today Top Shelf Cannabis failed bigly.
