I have been here to this particular dispensary several times now and every other time I have had a great experience. However, this past attempted visit was quite unpleasant and honestly it felt very unsafe. I don't know any of the employees inside and have not given any reason to be treated like I was completely unwelcome. The posted business hours are 8 am - midnight and I already knew what I wanted and had the cash ready to go, along with a proper tip of course. I arrived and parked right next to the front entrance at 11:53 pm on the evening of July 18th 2026 and quickly hopped out of my car to the front entryway. I also glanced at my phone on the way in and it turned 11:54 pm. The employees were all in the process of trying to leave early. But one employee saw me and began asking for my ID. As I was pulling out my ID to give the gentleman there was some very violent and extremely aggressive movement coming from the front door. All of the sudden this armed police officer looking security guard bursted out of the front door and I mean violently; I literally thought he was coming after me, not joking I was actually afraid! He then immediately grabbed a security garage and slammed it shut right next to me with such force that my ears were ringing! The security guard saw me getting my ID out at 11:54 pm and for no apparent reason potentially caused me ear drum damage! I have multiple cameras that record audio and video both inside and outside of my car. They caught the entire 23 seconds of our interaction with gps time stamps. You can very clearly hear how loud the slammed security garage door was. I plan on getting this information to my attorney. I believe I may have potential ear drum damage because of the violent security guard. Additionally, there are other reviews of customers being turned away before the posted store closing time. If the employees are going to try to leave early then why not just post an earlier closing time? There was a police officer in the parking lot with their car pointed directly at the incident. My attorney should be able to get a hold of that footage from the patrol car too. It should be noted that I did not try to continue with giving the employee my ID as they clearly didn't want me there. I just left, feeling quite upset and physically injured. Along with asking out loud after I turned towards my car and started walking away, what the *%#+ was wrong with the security guard it wasn't even closed yet?! (11:54 pm) I highly recommend avoiding Q'anápsu at all costs. If I could give zero stars then I would have without hesitation. read more

This place was super neat. Located near Ridgefield, Washington on the Cowlitz Indian Reservation, this tribally ran dispensary is situated in shipping containers. Their stock is good, and they have a lot of products I hadn't seen elsewhere. They have ATMs on site for purchases, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There's also a section in the back where you can take selfies with the frog mascot icon. It felt like a very premium experience with very friendly people. Co-located at Ilani Casino, this is a very nice, high-end dispensary with the most friendly, capable and helpful staff. Because I don't personally use myself, I often need assistance and can tell the staff what my family members need and they'll help me out to get the perfect product. I have been coming to these guys since they opened, so far I issues and everyone's been pretty friendly and helpful, however I to buy a couple of pre-rolls, and when I got home and I do not live far away, I opened one of the pre-roll containers, and it was empty. When I drove back to the store, which is approximately three minutes away from my house so my complete round-trip was approximately five minutes since I made the purchase. And when I got back and told them that they had skimped me and gave me an empty container, everyone was helpful except for the manager, Eddie. I spent a lot of money with them over the last couple of years, and I expected to either get my money back or for them to actually give me the product of which I paid for. Instead, the manager told me he legally cannot. Give me what I paid for. So I was completely swindled out of my money even though I spent thousands of dollars. In there already, they were not able to admit their mistake or provide any sort of compensation even though I've been a loyal customer for the past couple of years. So first I asked the kid behind the counter or some real quality flower and what I got certainly didn't blow my skirt up. So thumbs down on that. I also bought a pipe at the same time for 35 bucks. Just because it had a huge bowl. This pipe was filled with glitter that moved around, which was pretty cool until I packed. The first bowl got three hits into it, and the fucking thing exploded in my hand, showering rubbing alcohol and glitter all over me and my vehicle. When I went back to tell them that this isn't really cool I was met with rudeness and told well all glasses final. Well fuck you that's the last money you'll ever get from me ever. read more

The bud tenders are amazing and can always help find what's good. Always great customer service. Only downside is if you find something you like and buy it to much and they run out they're not kept in stock or ordered enough?.. Been going back for the same product and it's been out of stock for a couple weeks now hoping for someone to see this and get more of the 10 pack prerolls of the blueberry muffin?!:) definitely love the bud but also the convenance of not having to roll it.
