He not only did things right, the first time, he checked things, that were overlooked for years. He always contacted me first, to clear any new maintenance that should be done. I called Crestview Auto Spa and immediately got a quote ($90 for a full shampoo/stain removal) and an appointment that worked for my schedule. I waited a total of about 1.5h and my seats looked great + they do a complimentary car wash and window wipe down which was a perk. My seats were damp (obviously) so they wrapped my drivers seat so I could drive home without discomfort. I left all my windows open and parked in the sun for about 3 hours and everything was 100% dry. Great customer service and I'm very happy with the results.
