I highly recommend this company. I requested help to add gutters in a 100 year old house this last summer. Jamie was very professional and went over all if my options without pushing additions that I did not need. He was kind and cleaned up everything. They do not communicate with each other!!!We talk to the estimator and another employee and we agreed on a time for the work to be done. Then, we get a call from the worker who is never told what time to be there. By this time they've already received 50% of our payment because they asked for it in advance and then they screw up their schedule and try to reschedule. We told them give us our money back. We glady went with somebody else. I do not recommend them. read more

I would definitely recommend Emerald Gotcha Gutters. When I called and left a message that I needed to talk with someone about getting new gutters at my home in Salt Lake or just getting my gutters repaired, David Boss, CEO, promptly returned my call. He was extremely helpful and very willing to explain their process to me. David went out the next day. I couldn't believe how thorough he was. He took at least 10 pictures and sent them to me. They showed every aspect of my gutters, the fascia and the xxxxx. Then the next day, he reviewed them with me on the phone. He outlined several options, but it was evident to me that I needed to replace the gutters. I live out of state, and I rent out the house I'm referring to. I had to rely on David to educate me on the condition of the fascia and soffit. I of what had customer service and willingness to spend so much time with me explaining what I needed to consider was so appreciated. I've never had a company representative show me so much respect, such patience (I don't understand anything about gutters, roofs, etc.) and customer service and professionalism. The day of service they were right on time. I received pictures the very same day of the work they had completed. I can't imagine better service than what I experienced from this company. These guys are the best. The had patience with helping me figure out what I wanted to do and what I could afford to do! Craig Neilson and his crew Eric, Christian and Robert are maticulous! They really care about the work they do and how the finished product looks. They had to repair water damaged wood, fight off hornets and wasps and work in the heat all day. Couldnt ask for a better crew! Craig is very knowledgable about what he does and he did some amazing custom work around windows and doors. Our job was small, just a single gutter needed to be redone. But they came out with their full team and got it handled in extremely short order. I originally requested a bid for fascia, gutter replacement, optional gutter covers, but later changed the scope of the project to include roofing. For this reason I didn't hire Emerald Gotcha Gutters since they don't do roofing. But--with the great service I did receive for bidding only, I'm giving this review. Justin came out and listened to everything requested for fascia, gutters, and gutter covers. He came prepared with samples, color swatches, made recommendations, and gave a demo of exactly how their gutter covers work. He answered questions, explained warranties, took measurements and pictures and was prompt to send a bid. Of all the bids I received, Emerald Gotcha Gutters' was by far the most impressive. The bid included pictures, precise details for the fascia, gutters, and covers, pricing, warranties, colors chosen, and even had images accurately showing where the gutters were to be installed. There would have been no guesswork working from their bid. Justin was also good about following up with me prior to my decision.
