Dylan came out the same day I called, took drone photos, explained my existing roofing issues, and walked me through the products and warranties in detail. He stayed involved from beginning to end, which gave me a lot of confidence in the project.   The Production Manager, Tember, kept communication clear, fast, and professional. She not only ensured I was scheduled in time to meet my insurance deadlines but also double-checked everything I had discussed with Dylan to confirm alignment and expectations. Annalyce in accounting also went the extra mile by providing documentation early so my insurance company was taken care of without delay.   Installation day was just as smooth. Caesar, the on-site Project Manager, and his crew arrived first thing in the morning and completed the full tear-off and new roof installation in a single day. My neighbor was so impressed by their speed and efficiency that he watched them for over an hour and a half, commenting on how remarkable the process was. The cleanup was flawless--you wouldn't have known a roofing crew had even been there. And when I thought it was already perfect, Caesar returned at the end of the day to run a full magnet sweep, making sure every nail and piece of debris was gone. The people that work for Dynamite are kind, friendly, professional and genuine. The following individuals I worked with on this project and wanted to recognize and show appreciation for: owner Jason, PM Cesar, Annalyce, Tember production manager, Austin, and Parker. None of them were rude, arrogant or condescending but wanted me to fully understand the scope of work and weren't pushy salesman but allowed me to determine what I can afford. Austin and Parker were great working with my insurance company though they were difficult and stubborn. Austin and Parker also spent plenty of time with my wife and I to make sure we were happy with and getting what we want. The workers doing the roof covered with a tarp all areas surrounding immediately on the ground so as to avoid damage. They were quite fast but most importantly was their focus on quality. Cleanup was great as well. Cesar once he found out about my wife's birthday went and bought her a cake. What a surprise for her and very thoughtful of him. It made her have a huge smile. read more

After the heavy rains a few weeks back I noticed our roof leaking into our garage. As it's an older home we've never had the roof replaced. I googled a few roofing companies and Dynamite was the first to reach out. (Within an hour!) Shout out to Matt for coming out to inspect and confirm my roof was toast and need a full replacement. I've worked with these guys three times now. On my rental, my personal home, and we're currently on the schedule to replace my parent's roof in two weeks. Annalyce is on top of everything. These guys are absolutely phenomenal!! They fought with my garbage insurance (State Farm) For two years and finally got a full roof replacement Approved!! Their install is quick and they tore off about four or three layers of old shingles. They accidentally broke a sprinkler. I had notified them and they came back and fixed it the next day!
