Emerald Learning Center has unfortunately not met our expectations. Cleanliness is a concern, as I noticed toys and dead bugs left in the hallways for over two weeks, while sickness was running rampant and parents were assured deep cleaning was taking place. The infant room was clean but I was often picking up my 6-month old in the one-year-old room which was consistently in disarray and one teacher always walked around barefoot with Hand, Foot and Mouth going around. Additionally, communication lacked professionalism and non-essential updates cluttered the app, making it hard to focus on important information, such as a child's health. Ultimately, I did not feel comfortable leaving my child in this environment and we ended care after 3-weeks. read more

Emerald learning center has been nothing but positive for my daughter and I. My daughter went completely nonverbal in a short time she was starting to talk and now is full communication and her sign language has grown while teaching me things. Michelle and her team are great with communication all the way down to what virus is going around with information on the symptoms and how to help. Michelle has helped me as a single mom through some really hard mental battles and when I thought I was failing she picked me back up and dusted me off more then once. She is never hard to talk to and is very transparent, which I am appreciative for knowing I can go talk and no be judged rather helped with recourses and open ears to help. All in all Michelle is a blessing to our community with what she does with her daycare on a daily bases. I would be lost with out her as a single parent. She has helped in more ways than just providing care so I can work. Thank you!! read more
