I also gave them an easement document provided by my title company that helped them to create the map. Their office accepts checks but not credit cards. The field workers aren't very talkative and seem to appear and disappear suddenly. (Some of the time they were a few blocks away gathering measurements.)

Completely screwed up a closing on a mobile home park for a client. They transferred a mobile home…read morethat was a tenants and the seller did not own to the buyer and the buyer ended up in the news for tyring to unlawfuly evict people and other issues. They did not follow escrow instructions that were signed by seller and buyer that said funds would be released to seller at a certain date and did not release a large sum of money to the seller for over 2 years and it ended up in court. Juanita Drew also missinformed the buyer of the wrong number of mobile homes that were to be sold in an email and refused to address or correct their mistake after multiple attempts with the individuals, Juanita Drew and Sheila Hartman and management. All requests to deal with this and correct the problem went ignored. This created a conflict with the buyer and he ratained an attorney and was misled he claims. He walked every single home that was included with his agent and knew exactly what he was getting and signed off on the feasibility and ll contingencies long before this because he did know what was included, but escrow telkling him the worn information created a huge problem. all the y had to do is own up to their mistake!!!! Then Correct it. The listing clearly stated the number of homes, both the listing agent and the buyers agent acknowledged the number of homes included, then Chicago Title closed and recorded the titles wrong and had to re-record and then they also failed to have the buyer sing the updated rent and deposit form that was provided to them and is documented on email. A complaint was filed against them by the seller to the Insurance Commissioners office and the seller had to retain an attorny to pursue getting the balance of $73,000 that was due them and in the end the seller got the amount that we said was due. Their performance was not even worth one star. The buyer picked them as his preferred escrow and it appears like maybe they were not an unbiased escrow and they would not take care of things for the seller. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

If you do your tabs online and pick them up here it's great. If you have to do it in person it's also great. The Saturday hours are perfect for you to get this all done on an off day (if you have Saturday off). Also, let's remember to follow instructions at the location, bring all your Paperwork and know the person's helping you is there to help you so let's not get angry at them because of something that is not their fault as they are just doing their job. I highly recommend this location as they are helpful and they are very willing to help you. It's got quality service across the board.

We have owned our Soundbuilt home for ten years now. This is my third review. Four months after we…read morepurchased home back yard flooded and we had 3 inches of water in crawl space because Soundbuilt built our community on a wetland and didn't install proper drainage. We had to install $4,000 in drainage and a pump in crawl space. Totally unscrupulous builder! Do not buy from this builder! Cheap, cheap cheap! Poor construction, they go cheap on everything! Within two years we had to replace all faucet fixtures, our front driveway and walk way crumbled away- bad concrete job. We attempted to address many issues with home warranty inspection. The home warranty is not a warranty. Soundbuilt decides what they will cover. After four years our entire house had to be repainted! The valves on toilets failed after four years causing a house flood and extensive renovations needed! $$$ You get what you pay for! The interior paint they use, if it gets a ding have to repaint. So if your kid smears his pBJ hands on wall can't just wipe it off! Our most recent frustration our front door and garage door knobs fell apart. We went to replace with proper security locks, the cheap doors Soundbuilt installs to not have the plate insert. The install cheap interior locking door knobs on exterior doors and consciously order their exterior doors not to accommodate a proper secure locking exterior door knob. After six years we had 6 windows fail. Luckily window warranty covered but Soundbuilt now uses a cheaper window provider. I got this info through a friend who purchased a home and after 3 years they had 8 windows fail, no warranty like we had through Milguard.
