Such things listed by Sandy are "crumbs in the drawer," "light fixture is dusty," and my personal favorite "dust on thermostat." Attached are pictures of the house upon move-out. Beware that this will happen to you also. You'd be better off not even cleaning the house, because this is a flat rate. They violated the Landlord Tenant Act by not even giving me the move-out inspection, as required. I had to ask for it. I called the housecleaner to ask some questions, and she was rude from the get-go. I called the owner of the company. She said she will investigate and get back to me. It has been over a week, and I also placed another request for a call back. Silence. Apparently this is how they treat long-term renters. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. DO NOT PLACE YOUR RENTAL IN THE HANDS OF THIS COMPANY.

The woman is the office is incompetent unprofessional, unreliable and absurd. They couldn't find my contract or my months of saved credit. They couldn't remember anything about my situation- which was not complicated- despite me calling time and time again to resolve the error THEY made. Since they couldn't find my contract or my credit over 300 dollars worth- I requested that they make sure my items were still in my garage ( I moved cross country and use it as storage). The woman in the office was petty enough to take a picture of the closed garage door, which obviously has no windows, and then email me and say- "I hope this helps you sleep better at night." In what sane world does a picture of a closed door with no view of the items inside give anyone a peace of mind that the items are still there?!? My sister drove three hours round trip that night to make sure my things were still there. They always said they would get right back to me- and they NEVER returned my calls and acted shocked when I called to follow up. It has been OVER a month and I have not received one phone call or email from them except for the snide emails from the woman in the office with the useless pictures. I just called and she had NO idea what I was calling about and told me she would call me right back. I'm still waiting... Excuses, lies and incompetence is all you will get if you move here.
