Examined that every MD office that I have dealt with here has in their recording to call your pharmacy FIRST for refills, even if there are no refills left. He was incredibly rude. We have switched back to Fred Meyers on W. 11 . They are competent and professional. Their messenger system is wonky but we can live with that far better than folks who both don't know their jobs, nor want to do them

When the IUI wasn't working we had a discussion about what the next step was and he painted a picture about using meds from out of the country to save costs and my risks of having hyperovarian syndrome etc, etc. We overall wasted about a year of precious time (three months to get in to see him then another 6 months of 'treatment') When I went to the other doc up in Portland there was no scary out of the country meds and little risk of hyperovarian syndrome because of my age. I felt poorly treated by Dr. Austin and would not recommend him to anyone. The doc that cannot be beat is Dr. Eugene Stoelk at Northwest Fertility Center.

What happened at Willamette Valley Cancer Center is they gave my dad radiation. They overshot the…read moreradiation on his shoulder and destroyed his lungs. When he had his visit they told him that the cancer had spread to his lungs, which was NOT true. He then received world class cancer treatment out of state and that's where we learned this horrible truth. The cancer itself (skin cancer) could have been treated but the damage on his lungs made it too difficult for him to fight and he did not survive. He went to WVC for help. He trusted them and felt comfortable letting them treat him. And in return they were careless and killed an otherwise very healthy and active man. It was shocking and incredibly painful. WVC, there is nothing to discuss. Please do not ask me to reach out to you. We are devastated.
