Theyve got a pretty good assortment of frames and can handle any kind of eye wear prescription. The service is worth it. At other places you'll be standing in line and feeling like a hamster. Kat and Cassie get you in and out and give you a pretty good combination package price for your exam and eye wear purchase. For example, an exam may be chargeable at $160 but the final bill is less than $500 for everything... That includes bi-focal lenses, UV, scratch protection for 2 yrs, and polarized lenses... the everything lense... 2-3 days is the waiting time for lenses.... and cashing in on the "scratch replacement" is EZ and worth it ! Clean, family and detail oriented, accurate, honest, quick, thorough these are the descriptors for this business... Very good! And thank you !

The diamonds were irregularly spaced, tilted at different angles, set at irregular heights and they snagged on everything. The ring is too embarrassing to wear. They were unwilling to make any corrections without charging me and offered no compensation of any kind for my deep disappointment and expense. They blamed the problem on the varied sizes of the diamonds. If that were the problem, they should have told me they could only make an ugly ring with them.  They displayed no pride in their craft or responsibility for their sale. I took the ugly ring to Richard Gretz Goldsmith who is redesigning it from scratch with my diamonds at less than what Jordans charged me. And Gretz offers a guarantee that if I dislike the ring for any reason I get my money back. I wish I had seen the other woman's review before I took my diamonds to Jordan's.

They failed to pull permits, dropped my brand new high end whirlpool and broke it, burned my walls and my floor, did not center fixtures properly, reversed hot and cold, and a number of other things that were highly unprofessional.
