My main question was simple: Can weekend appointments be accommodated if I commit to a package? I was told yes, and that they like to see clients every 2-3 weeks. What wasn't explained was how difficult it actually is to secure those appointments. After my session today, the earliest available follow‑up was five weeks out. The appointment after that was more than a month later. Only then did I learn I could be placed on a waitlist or check online for cancellations--information that would have been helpful before making a purchase decision. I was given shorts to wear along with slippers sock and gloves. They provide headphones if you would like to listen to music during the service. While my shoulder injury was receptive to the treatment, what blew me away is the impact it had on my back. I've had chronic pain in my lower back (tailbone) for years, and it's usually around a 7. I could IMMEDIATELY tell the difference where the pain decreased to maybe a 2 or even a 1 after the session!!! I couldn't feel anything right after treatment and as the day progressed I feared the pain would return (like it always does with the back shots and other treatments) but it didn't!
