I sent photos of my issues to Rick the manager. (My house is old from the 1930s and very tricky). Rick sent Daniel, a highly experienced pro plumber. I showed Daniel what needed to be done. New faucet for the kitchen and I also needed a new master valve for the water coming in to the house along with replacing some additional old valves in the basement. Daniel did an amazing job and even corrected the grounding for the wiring around the pipes. Once everything was done, he made sure there were NO leaks and that all components were working properly. We had a very shaky toilet that another plumber "fixed" 5 months prior. Mike got down to the bottom of the problem and gave me updates on what he was finding every step of the way. There were some major issues that needed to be fixed and Mike did not take any shortcuts, he was very transparent from start to finish. Our flange was rotted and Mike removed the broken flange put in a new flange set in concrete. He put in a new toilet and sealed it with silicone. After paying $500 to him, He wants to charge us again to fix the issue that his company left us. We had heat in our home before the repair. After workers from M&M Precision Plumbing came to our home we have no heat. The repair cost us $500 and the owner Max wants to charge us more money to come fix the issue that his company caused. We have had other Plumbing companies inspect our issue to determine the cause was a Direct result of M&M not bleeding my valves properly leaving my pipes air locked. Max (the owner) was supposed to come fix this issue over a weekend, but has ignored phone calls and never showed up to our house. This is a terrible company with terrible customer service. Save your money and look for a more reliable company that you won't need to take to Small Claims Court!

I called someone else they came within two hours to find out it was the wrong nozzle and he never tested to calibrate the unit. In my opinion he just wants the initial lump sum but won't stand by his work. Beware
