I waited three days, and finally called Elite Foot and Ankle, in Lone Tree, spoke with the actual doctor (they apparently answer the phone when the receptionist doesn't), and got an appointment for the NEXT DAY. Avoid Red Rocks, or try calling when they're not out to lunch. Heh, heh. Very disappointing. They're literally down the street from my house, and also provide PT. But they blew it. If I need PT (foot is still in a walking boot, but I'm doing Pilates), I will absolutely NOT go to this unreliable place. I like businesses that return phone calls.

It has never healed...a year out from surgery now and I still cannot walk properly. Had a new MRI and was told "nothing is wrong". Got a second opinion...and "something is wrong". I have a tear at the surgical sight that was overlooked and contributed to scar tissue from my surgery. All this to say...I'm now being referred by my new dr to a foot reconstruction specialist and more probable surgery. I will say...the office staff is fantastic and Dr Costache is very personable....but before going on the word of this particular practice...get a second opinion first. I should have.

I finally had the surgery and today makes 8 weeks post op. The only thing I felt was the cold alcohol rub prior to the actual surgery. I talked to the doctor and nurse throughout the approximate 25 minute procedure. I had no pain at all but took 2 Tylenol pills about 5 hours after surgery just in case it started hurting. It didn't. I'm very pleased with Dr. Sullivan and his staff. A special thank you to Julie who responded quickly to my emails.

We had initially explored a place in LA but upon looking into it, it just felt like a surgery factory with clients being processed on conveyer belts, and what we really wanted was a very personal experience, especially since my mother was very scared about it. Everyone from Doctor Sullivan, to Michelle, David, Mandy, Julie... were just... PHENOMENAL. They offered to do a zoom call consultation with her since she was flying in from so far away, and it was truly personalized service.
