Again, this pattern of unfulfilled commitments regarding the return of my deposit has persisted since August. Documentation with the Better Business Bureau indicates previous similar issues involving LRD Garage Door Service - Raymond Diaz, resulting in an "F" rating. Attention neighbors: I am sharing this information not just from my recent experience but to protect local businesses and individuals who rely on Nextdoor for their livelihoods. Ryan came in and checked the opener as well as the rollers, he opened and closed the door manually several times, got a ladder and went up and checked the box. He explained to me what he saw and how much it would be, gave me some options including an option of a slightly bigger spring since we were thinking of adding insulation for the same cost. Broke down each part, springs $300+, rollers $80+, and 1/2 horsepower Craftsman Opener $370+. This includes all the work and would take about 3 hours since they have to order the parts. They take half as a down payment and the rest when it's in to your satisfaction. I'm still getting quotes but it's a good 1st experience for us.

I had to intervene and ensure that new insulation was installed before the drywall work could proceed. * Inferior Paint Substitution: After I selected a specific brand and color of paint, his crew arrived with a lower-quality "color-matched" brand. I only noticed the substitution after half the living room was painted, making it difficult to rectify at that point. * Extended Flooring Delay: Chad's crew demolished all existing flooring in my home without having the replacement materials on hand. They left on September 23, 2024, and no one returned to install new flooring until October 4, 2024. This left my family living on a dirty concrete subfloor for 11 days due to what Chad claimed was an issue with his supplier. * Incorrect Flooring Quality: I explicitly requested 20-mil flooring, and Chad assured me he would "never install anything lower quality than that." However, the first pallet of flooring delivered was only 8-mil, which I refused to allow them to install. * Neglected Subfloor Preparation: When the correct flooring finally arrived, his crew intended to lay it directly on our uneven subfloor without any leveling or floating.
