After calling and leaving messages daily for a week with no returned call, I finally got a person to answer. They scheduled an appoinent but no one showed up or called. I called again got another appointment and this time they showed up. Told me no charge to shim the seam in my countertop. Scheduled an appointment and again no show or Phone call. I called back and was told it would be $150 for the shim. They obviously don't want to mess with my small repair job. So disappointed....if you expect Customer service don't go here.

When he finished, I noticed several place where the grout had been either removed or deepened through the cleaning and coloring process. The tech gave me some whimsical excuse not to fulfil the contract as written. He told me I could get some grout the same coloring as he used and fix this area myself. Which I am doing. For the cost of having done what I had done, this service was not a 5-star job. Nice kid but thought I was not intelligent enough to know he was bluffing me. I have over 25 years in flooring and know what can and cannot be done and he actually does not understand much about the everyday cleaning process of floors. Just wanted to get the job done and get paid.

This company 'fixed' my mother's roof recently. They sent an unqualified team and no one inspected…read moretheir work afterwards. The final price was over twice the initial quote. The roof leaks badly and has caused a lot of water damage inside the property. The owner does not want to talk about a solution so we will have to wait until a judge sees the independently gathered evidence. If anyone else is in a similar situation do please contact. All others I would advise to steer clear of this cowboy establishment.

The off-white color made perfect sense when it sat for years in a formal living room that was rarely ever used. We have since downsized, so for about two years, this lovely sofa has received daily abuse. I called the folks at TLC Experts to see if they could help resurrect the 12 year old beast. TLC Experts are primarily known for their expert flood damage restoration work but they also provide more pedestrian services such as cleaning of carpets, oriental rugs, and battle weary sofas. A short while later a bright red and gold TLC Experts van was sitting in my driveway. Bye the way, the TLC van was spotless and shiny. That's always a good sign. A very professional young tech named Vinny was soon examining the piece, and pointing out to me various facts about my sofa, and the process he would use to bring it back to life. Vinny explained that because of the down filling, and the type of fabric, he would be using a special solution for this job. When all was said and done, the sofa looked like new to my eye. The most important result for me is that my wife was thrilled. She immediately removed "power wash the sofa" from my to-do list. Thanks TLC Experts, for a job well done. Soon I will be calling Lynn at TLC to come and do her magic on the oriental rug under my dining table.
