As a yelper here for over 13 years, I don't sugarcoat my words (or in my reviews), and I don't intend to do so here either. The USC program is rigorous and not for everyone. There were so many readings that I often genuinely wondered if it was even humanly possible to get through them all. Granted, I am a slow reader, and that certainly did not help. Beyond the beautiful campus and the prestige that comes with the school, more importantly know that there is no financial aid for tuition fees for master program. Education does not come cheap. Still I am grateful for the learning experience and for my many professors who were simply wonderful and amazing professionals. A big shout out to Dr. Julianna Kirschner, Professor Monica Koyama, Dr. Muthuswamy and Dr. Courtney Pade. P.S. I didn't attend this prestigious University; however, I joke that I am an honorary alumna. My brothers from another mother all graduated from here, and I attend Homecoming with them every year. In fact, I used to work with Eddie Tannenbaum who discovered Traveler (USC's Mascot) when he was a junior in 1961. The campus is beautiful and features several Romanesque Revival style buildings. A portion of the main campus was entered in the National Register of Historic Places in 2015. The Coliseum is in walking distance. I've attended many football games here over the years and have seen Clay Matthews, Reggie Bush, Mark Sanchez, & Matt Leinart play. I remember the glory days of Pete Carroll. Our favorite tailgate party is the one hosted by LAMBDA. They have a great DJ, delicious food, a premium bar, fun activities and, of course, fabulous attendees! This year we were treated to yummy eats from Bludso's BBQ & tasty treats by Ice Cream Occasions. When the party was over, we all headed to the Coliseum for the match between the Trojans & the Huskies. Sadly, we lost this game but we will continue to Fight On!

I brought proof of every absence and every shift. None of that mattered. Financial Aid? A wall of silence. Calls unanswered, emails ignored. When I asked for an out-of-pocket cost for semester two, nobody could even give a number. Instead of support, I got a cancellation notice. Academics? I did the work. I submitted every essay. My English instructor, Donna Madison Bell, failed me over petty formatting and quotation marks. That one class--on paper--gave the College the excuse they needed to drop me. The rest of the staff? Either unresponsive or buried behind ticket systems so slow the problems outlived the semester. Even with proof of my situation, they left me locked out of Module 2. Here's what it means in plain language: CBD College hides behind policy and "conditional enrollment" while students like me do the hard work. They take your aid, drag their feet, and when the system they built fails you, they blame you. I believe the way I was treated--while being a Hispanic student who delivered results--was discriminatory. That's my lived experience. Don't be fooled by the handful of kind instructors. I respect Jessica in Medical Terminology and Anatomy & Physiology; she's solid. But one good teacher can't cover for an institution that cancels a student who passes exams and proves commitment. CBD College didn't remove me because I failed. They removed me because their own process failed. And now they've lost a determined, high-performing student. That's on them. I won't reapply. I won't recommend. There are stronger programs--American Career College, Stanbridge University--that respect hard work and answer the phone. If you value your time, money, and future, take your ambition elsewhere. CBD College had the chance to back a fighter. Instead, they made an enemy. Let's deal in facts, not marketing copy. You claim: "This process exists to ensure the program is a good academic and personal fit before any binding tuition obligations are incurred." If that were true, I wouldn't have been dropped after acing every exam (95 % and higher, 100 % on quizzes). Testing knowledge is the very definition of proving academic fit. Your own numbers prove me fit. Dropping a student who meets and exceeds those standards contradicts your statement outright. That's not a "fit evaluation," that's a policy weapon. You also claim: "No tuition charges... no tuition is ever collected until the student meets the conditional enrollment criteria." Yet financial aid staff (name on record: Callie Driskill) told me in writing that any aid already applied to Module 1 will not be reimbursed and that if a student is forced to repeat Module 1-- even if they didn't truly fail-- financial aid may not cover the second run. Translation: students are on the hook for up to $18,000 for general-ed classes before you ever grant "full" admission. That is money collected. Your own email trail proves it. So which is it? No tuition collected, or students risking $18k with zero guarantee of aid if you decide they must retake a module they already passed? Both can't be true. And here's the core issue you keep dodging: CBD College doesn't reward mastery of the material. It rewards ticking boxes inside an opaque policy. Teachers can fail a student over petty format quirks or simply poor instruction, and your system converts that into cash--forcing another paid module no matter how well the student knows the subject. You can ace every test, submit every assignment, and still be dropped because the College's bottom line wins over your education. Parking was $220 + Sales Tax during Fall/Spring semesters. Winter/Summer are a bit cheaper. As a business major, professors here in my experience weren't the best. Rarely you'll get a highly knowledgeable professor with legit experience in the field you're studying in. Some professors just make me wonder how in the world they get to teach in the first place. For example, we had an HR professor making us type 10 page essays every week with no substance to it. Overall: I did enjoy my experience here. I did what I can in those 2 years, 1 year being remote. Worked here as a SA. There's definitely a lot of improvements needed to be made. From school initiatives, in-house internships, old buildings that need to be replaced, library study room filled with mold, administration-student relationships etc. Students should be more engaging here and I just didn't get the vibe here in most classes. My recommendation if you're considering going here is to do as much research as you can and try your best to foster self-initiatives and join clubs or work on campus. FIrst they had me to take general course for MSN and then get me into the FNP. Then, I asked for clincial sites and they didn't really suport. During some meeting , they did not allow students to discuss about their concern and had then refer back their preceptor. I went to two campus and want to seek information but their refused to speak with me because they are not their online program. They failed me for my women health with my own preceptor and my preceptor really didn't understand and refer me back the school NO instructor was helping during that time when I was clincial. They failed my women health ( which now I know it's does need to be OBGYN but just women health) I asked if I can complete my MSN without FNP and they said no They said they will give me th clincial hours documentation but never provide one. All the records from the school email were gone because I am not allow to get into school email anymore. I want to share this because I was afraid of retaliation from these profit school and who know what they did do your computer at home to track you. They played a huge role in helping me graduate, preparing me for the ARRT, and giving me the confidence to succeed in this profession. One thing I want future students to know is that these instructors truly want nothing but the best for you. They will push you because they care. Sometimes their feedback can be tough, but it's never personal because they want you to become a safe, knowledgeable, and successful radiologic technologist. Looking back, I'm grateful for every lesson and every challenge because it made me a better technologist. A special shoutout to both Mr. M and Mr. Demers. I also want to thank Ms. B for always being supportive, patient, encouraging, and committed to helping every student succeed. This program is challenging, and it's not supposed to be easy. Success takes effort from both the instructors and the students. If you come in ready to learn, study, accept feedback, and put in the work, these instructors will do everything they can to help you succeed. For me, every dollar of tuition was worth it. I graduated feeling prepared, passed my ARRT, and now I'm starting my career with confidence. I have absolutely no regrets choosing this program.
