I recently ordered a new shaft from an online retailer but didn't research whether or not the joints would match up. I emailed JP after buying to confirm, half expecting a reply a week later, but they replied within the next business day. They were so helpful that I was able to cancel my order from the other store. They even gave me options on sending my cue back to them for a custom shaft. I ended up sticking to the original shaft as it is still hitting solid, but great to know the customer service left me feeling confident for when I am ready to order.
