I called and talked to Tracy who helped me get an appointment that works with my busy schedule. She explained the process and made me feel comfortable going with them. Mike showed up on time and got right to work. Walking around the house, we spotted a few more spots that the HOA did not complain about, but we all know that letter would come soon.
