We are so grateful to have had Roosevelt come out and powerhouse our home. It was pretty bad and it had black spots in certain areas. Roosevelt warned us that he might not be able to remove the blacks spots and that he would use bleach first for some of the mildew. We have a 2 story 2,500 sqft home (some brick that didn't require cleaning) and it took him a little over an hour to do the whole house. He rang the doorbell and I thought he had a question. It was to tell me that he was done. I told my husband and he was like what do you mean he is done. I should say my husband has attempted several times to power wash our home, but it would take him several hours to do one side of our 2 story home. We walked outside to see and we were both amazed. I was happy and my husband looked and sounded beyond impressed and he doesn't get excited about anything. It looks like how it did when we bought it! It was so sad before. Yes, sad.
