When I was getting married, I spoke to several photographers in the area based on no more research…read morethan the signs in front of their buildings. One, who was booked, recommended me a list of other photographers who do quality work, and of them, Chuck was his recommendation as the best. Of course, being interested in photography myself (as in, owning a camera = photographer), I wanted to see what set apart a great photographer from a run of the mill one. We met with Chuck after meeting with another photographer, we'll call "Photographer A". The difference in portfolios was extreme - not just because Photographer A wanted to put my South American wife in an Indian Sari for the engagement shoot, but more so the difference between family reunion pictures you only take out when you need to remember a name and photojournalist pictures that make you stop and stare, even if you don't know the people in the picture. Chuck was more expensive than Photographer A, but we paid it. That's important, because we were on such a tight budget, that we grew our own flowers for the wedding in my back yard. At the wedding, Chuck was very helpful in helping to coordinate everything, and, as expected, took some excellent photos. He even posted some on facebook the night of the wedding, which made our accounts light up with positive comments. Overall, I am very glad we chose Chuck for our wedding photographer. It really does make a huge difference who is behind the lens.

Whether it was Mal helping my wife while she was getting ready, or Alex helping close the tent walls during the reception and so much more. And none of that was their responsibility, but it certainly made a huge difference! We had so many people tell us just how awesome they were! When it comes to photography, Alex and Mal are hands down the best of the best. During engagement photos, they made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and had the most creative ideas for what would make the best photos. The same goes for our wedding photos and video. All three of them were very punctual and organized on our wedding day. At times, I felt they were doing more to keep everything on schedule than our wedding planner. Just like the engagement photos, the wedding photos blew us away with how amazing they turned out. Alex and Mal will always be our go to photographers for any future family events or needs! This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I am not sure why Middle Creek selected this…read morecompany to do pictures. Over the last 3 years to try and even buy pictures is hard and ridiculously expensive. I was disappointed in the pictures that were taken. When we arrived nothing was explained, my daughter and I were never explained the process, and ultimately, I was told by at least 2 managers that I should have read the website better as it was all explained there. I was not given the option to see all the photos taken, and when it came time to select we didn't have the option of even looking at them. We were asked, "do you like it or not" without seeing any other photos. I have spent over $550.00 and will be getting only 5 different poses, which includes a $20.00 shipping fee that is because the pictures come from Atlanta. I was told I couldn't get digital pictures (which I was willing to pay for) but told I couldn't just scan the sheets. We get 15 sheets (which will sit in a drawer) and 2 digital poses. Out of the about 70 pictures taken we only saw about 25. I do not recommend getting any pictures other than the "basic pack" as you will get all the pictures (16 poses) for $150 and a sitting fee of $50... and they are digital so no shipping fee. By the way, if you pick anything other than the basic pack, there will be no options under $200.00 to purchase ANY photos. Best of luck to the seniors, I didn't see any pictures that we couldn't recreate with my iPhone.
