The woman I spoke to on the phone was not only efficient but understood exactly what I wanted in flowers (somewhere between a sad white lilies and a super cheery bouquet), was able to work with my budget, and even offered same-day delivery. I feel confident not only in giving my credit card information over the phone sight unseen, but that Curly Willow will send them something lovely, and even though it won't make her pain any less painful at least I feel like I've done something to make this time a little less dark.

I walked in, and she asked me my price range and if I preferred candles, ornaments, etc. She immediately picked out something I fell in love with based on my likes and price range. As I was checking out, she gave me free samples of items and gave me her business card and told me to call anytime I couldn't make it up there before they closed. The only disappointment is that the website is the typical generic florist website most florists use. I fully understand why you would use that and I know there is a "custom design" section but I was really hoping to find another site or Facebook page with posts of the custom arrangements and even the gifts they carry in the store.
