This place brought tears to my eyes because of how bad the service was. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but not only did Emily not do my nails the way I wanted but they where ugly and weak the way she chose. Wrong color, cheap nail polish when I wanted powder. I have been getting my nails done for decades and this is by far the worst experience I have EVER had and when I shared my frustration with her she honeyed me away with no fixing. never ever ever again. please don't go here, you will be disappointed. read more

I went here for.years to get my nails done. I stopped going after I went to a place in Wexford and the place was spotless. Emily's? Not so much. Since having two babies, I've just needed a place I can run into and get a gel manicure. Quick. Easy. Not an hour drive. I ran in two weeks ago for a mani/pedi. Not the cleanest I've seen the place, but the instruments were clean so I guess I can ignore the floor and stations... My gel mani was lumpy. He cut my cuticles so badly. I figured I'd give them another go for just a gel mani. I made an appointment on Monday for Saturday 10:00am with a specific tech. They take my name and number. I bust my butt to get the kids ready, so my husband can just do lunch and naps, and get myself to the salon. Note on the door said they wouldn't be in until 12:00 due to weather, any questions I could the tech. Her number was on the door. So I called. I had an appointment at 10, can I come at noon and you would take me? Nope, someone already had the appointment. But... I have an appointment in ten minutes. Can I come later? NO! I MADE AN APPOINTMENT AT 10 BECAUSE I HAVE A PARTY AND MUST BE READY! Sorry... and she hangs up. Businesses don't have two hour delays. Weather or no. You cannot do that. Since Emily left the business, it's as if they just don't give two sh!ts. I'm disappointed and will never be back. If you want a really go nail, go to Skyline Nails in Wexford. read more

If I could give this a ZERO I would. I got cut while getting a pedicure. I did not say anything at the time, I have an extremely high pain tolerance and I thought it would go away. When I took off my socks at home I had some blood. Nothing crazy, like 3 brush burn lines. I again thought I will let it go. Well it hurt so bad that walking with shoes is painful. Two days later I am still in pain and I went in and asked to speak to the owner. My shoe was off and I was showing her. She said I did that myself and they didn't do that. I lost it. I was so furious that she said that and touched my cut multiple times. I lost it and was yelling at her. I NEVER have done this in 36 years. She wouldn't give me my money back, but had me agree to a gift certificate. I will not be going Back. read more

Last Tuesday I walked in and no one was there. An elderly couple sat and asked what I wanted. I said I wanted color power gel nails, full set. He had to make a phone call because he insisted he wanted to give me gel. After being on the phone for a few minutes, he said Emily would be back and a full set would cost $60. None of the salons in the area charge that much, typically $45-$50. I mentioned that and the fact that they had zero customers. Plus the place is filthy. Instead of cleaning they sit on their phones. the service i received here was absolutely awful. The man who did my nails made me actually bleed. He used the electric file on my nails and kept it in one spot and it filled all the way down to my nail bed. He then proceeded to put rubbing alcohol or something on it and it burned sooooooo badly. I stopped in to get a pedi and manicure before going on vacation. I got a french manicure and before I even got off the plane they started peeling.The girl talked on the phone to her bf for a while as I just sat there with my one foot in water and the other propped up on edge of the tub.She didn't take care of my overgrown cuticles or calloused heels as other salons do. She had me prepay her in advance $70.The area where my nails were painted had dust so thick that it looked like fur.It literally had me sneezing. Finally, I was only away for 5 days and all but 3 fingernails had polish on them as the others peeled off. read more

worst/most overpriced shellac manicure around. the owner, Emily, did mine herself & she got so much polish on the finger around my nails they started peeling off the very next day (see photo). as mentioned in other reviews, I also think they reuse tools without properly sanitizing. NEVER again! I won't even bother going back to have them redone. complete waste of $40 read more

DO NOT GO HERE! After the only 2 reviews were posted were awful we still went to this "salon". We got 4 pedicures and a gel mani. Everyones Polish is all over their nails and skin. My gel is uneven, extremely thick at the ends and all different shades of the color. I politely asked why and after they talked about me they said I had to pay or sit down to get it fixed. I obviously did not want it to be re-done. I just wanted it left alone because they burned buffing off my gel. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! read more

i recently moved in the area and thought i would try this salon. after my experience i had i will never go back nor do i recommend anyone else.he tore my cuticles up,i still have old polish on my nails,and in over an hour of just filling them he didnt even fill them to the cuticles. the girl who painted my nails did a horrible job. she got polish everywhere read more

HORRIBLE----I went there today with my daughter. They cannot paint or gel nails. I left there with paint all around my nails, on my flip flops,my nails stuck to my skin because she did not get the gel off. AND they pained my toes and fingernails different colors!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had a pedicure here. I don't believe they sterilize their instruments between clients. The guy who did my pedicure sliced the edge of my toenail and it bled. He also put my own shoes (a thong sandal) on my feet and got nail polish on the shoe. I had to point it out to him, and he kept rubbing at it. I didn't feel like the place was very clean, either.
