His thorough inspections of the roof, attic, crawlspace and the homes electric system were particularly impressive to me. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. It is obvious that he takes pride in his work and I felt comforted that he was able to point out things that I would have never noticed on my own. Also his special service of drone usage to view a roof are in accurate this business owner appears to have a magic lens that makes your roof look worse than it is and then hyped up his report apparently doctors photos to make a roof condition look worse than it really is. Being concerned The Homeowner had a licensed roofer come out who totally blew this business owners speculative hypothesis out of the water. Sad.

Would not recommend. The inspector did not know the difference between Corrugated Stainless Steel…read more(CSST) Gas lines and flexible gas jumpers. He reported to our buyer that we have CSST gas lines that need to be assessed by a qualified electrician for proper electrical bonding. We do not have CSST but have black steel pipe gas distribution with flexible appliance connectors. One search on google and the ASHI guidance on how to inspect and the differences between CSST and flexible connectors comes right up. He apparently does not keep up with ASHI inspection guidance and is satisfied with I don't know get an electrician to do a real inspection. Best yet the tag is connected to my connectors that he identified and clearly states that it is not CSST.

Tom kindly sent me a sample report so I knew exactly what to expect. But then Tom exceeded my expectations! His inspection was supposed to take about three hours, but Tom took an additional 45 minutes to take me around my property and point out all of the critical aspects and details. When he sent me the report about a week later, I was impressed with the quality and detail of his report. He had photos of everything to back up his report, which made it extremely easy to provide direction to various vendors and contractors to make the necessary fixes.
