This business owners depiction of problems which are minimal at best. Not saying nothing was found that was legitimate but he is a schill for whoever he is working for. Also his special service of drone usage to view a roof are in accurate this business owner appears to have a magic lens that makes your roof look worse than it is and then hyped up his report apparently doctors photos to make a roof condition look worse than it really is. Being concerned The Homeowner had a licensed roofer come out who totally blew this business owners speculative hypothesis out of the water. Sad.

We haven't gone there since 9/12. We were informed by out agent that our refrigerator's food got rotten and the whole unit smelled stink due to the electric was off for all these days. This is extreme unprofessional and negligence, and it caused damage to us: 1. We lost a whole refrigerator's food. 2. The smell scared one potential buyer away last week. 3. We are not there yet and probably the stinking odor was absorbed by our fabric covered sofa and our clothing.
