He actually worked through the rain which was impressive, only stopping briefly when it turned into a downpour. They don't remove the dirt when they dig the holes but the sales guy was up front about this. They also will take about 6 weeks from signed estimate to work completion date. But again the sales guy was up front about their back log.

It is now four days later and I can't even get them to tell me someone will come look at the gate to see what needs to be fixed. No one is returning our calls or texts. I have since called another fencing company who came out this morning and repaired at the same day. Clearly all that Eads cares about are new installs and new sales. Not repairs of their work.

I owed a friend a favor, so I offered to try and fix the convertible roof on his older Porsche 911…read morecabriolet. When I got it apart and fixed the alignment problem with the drive cables that caused it to fail in the first place, I was left with a cast aluminum strut piece about the size of a childs forearm that was broken in two pieces. Porsche wouldn't sell just the part, but offered the larger assembly for $1800. None to be found on ebay, because "yeah, they do this". So off to talk to Glen Kirby at Warren Welding. I am a hobby welder, so I know enough to know that this was a long shot. This is a cast piece, that's hard. It's a Porsche part, so it's probably some voodoo Teutonic unobtanium alloy that costs 11ty million dollars a pound just to get a 2% lower weight. And I'm sure they won't tell you what it is. It's a Porsche part, so if it's a little bit wrong, its probably all wrong. And it was basically ripped in two, so who knows what "right" was, and it was a complex set of compound curves. Because designing a straight one would just show weakness (eye roll). Glen looked at it, said he will try, and called me back in two days to pick it up. It was genuinely a beautiful repair, it worked perfectly, and the price was... well... embarrassingly fair for obvious craftsmanship. Highly, highly recommended.

Rushed. Lack of Communication. Bad Decidion…read more We hired fresh perspective two years ago as we wanted to hire local to get our fence done. The lack of communication was incredibly unprofessional. I had to constantly reach out to see where we were in line of customers, and when they were actually going to show up. When Josh did come, he rushed the job in order to get finished before the Fourth of July weekend so nails, wood, and concrete bags were left in both our yards and the neighbors yard. Because he rushed the job he never connected the new fence to our previous fence. The fence also started leaning not even five months after he finished the job. I did reach out a year later for him to come back and fix both of those problems. He never communicated when he was coming back or if he did the job. We noticed that he did indeed connect the two fences, but he never fixed the fact that the Fence was leaning. It's now two years later in the fence is incredibly wobbly and leaning more now than it ever has. I would not recommend him. You will, unfortunately just have to spend more money to fix his job.

His crew built a beautiful deck with a roof…read more We contracted with him to replace our new existing deck with Trex flooring, new railings and added a roof, 4' bump out and steps. Due to heavy rains in the spring of 2025 our project was delayed 4 months due to his warehouse being flooded. Unfortunately for us, his stellar crew found other jobs and a new (evidently inexperienced) crew came to complete our project. The work wasn't terrible just sloppy. A few boards were cut short, the roof overhung the roof frame, things of that nature. The sad part is Josh was part of the crew and made no corrections. Because our deck roof was built into our existing roof it ended up leaking. We have water stains in our kitchen and the area that leads into our living room. Unfortunately, Josh is not good about returning phone calls. It took multiple calls to get our project started to begin with and to correct what was wrong with the leak. Josh assured us he had insurance to cover situations like this and would fix and replace everything that needed it. He did come and do the repairs. The facia board was left off to see if it would leak again so he could immediately come and see where the leak was. It hasn't leaked since. After numerous heavy rains and wind and no leaks we called and asked him in December to replace the facia board. We live with backyard woods and didn't want any kind of animals getting in that open space or having mold accumulate. After numerous phone calls with no response we've unfortunately had to take other actions. We hate to go this route because Josh is a nice individual and we are nice people. But after spending $32k+ he's given us no choice. We want what looks like a new finished deck. It's what we paid for. Now we'll be spending even more money to get the job done. It's sad when all Josh had to do was return our calls. We are reasonable people until we're pushed to our limit. My husband is a Vietnam veteran and we don't need this added stress.
