I asked them to come and do a good job, but it's been months and they never made it right even after texts and calls with the owner. The owner's accent is so thick that I can't understand him, but I received what felt like a harassing phone call from him after weeks of asking when they are going to come out. After this, I learned their price was higher than what I should have paid from a friend that does contracting for a living , but that's on me - I should have quoted other places. Finally, I found a tree that had been knocked down after the job. I didn't see them do it, but I was hoping they'd say something. I replanted and staked the tree and it lived fortunately. They also left a huge roll of scrap fence at my home that is garbage I'm going to have to pay to haul. I asked them to pick up their garbage but they never did that either.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! I don't understand how anyone could treat their customers like this! We…read morehad a 6 ft vinyl fence and double gate installed 3/25-/3/31/24. On April 18th, our left gate panel busted off of the hinges, ripping a hole in the panel. We called Jon, owner, and informed him that we needed it fixed. We were told before we had the fence installed that their work was guaranteed for a year. We were told he would be out the next day to look at it, but never showed. We contacted him numerous times and were told every time he would come out and never did. I filed a BBB complaint on May 3rd, and he called the next day. He told us he had his men schedule the week of May 6th to come out and fix the gate, but they never showed. We had to pay another fence company $950 to fix/replace gate. I then filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Consumer Complaints Department on July 23 to inform them of the issue and that I wanted reimbursed my $950 I had to pay to repair gate. He has failed to respond as of today, 9/26/24. In addition, my neighbor and I both had our fences done at the same time. She also had issues with her gate. She has reached out to Jon on a few occasions and he has also failed to respond to her.
