Now this week we had an urgent need for a repair from damage to our gate (we have a dog that could get loose and told them we needed it fixed as soon as possible) that was done by a cement company installing a patio. I have texted and contacted by calling 3 to 4 times. Was told each time that someone would get in touch with me. It is now four days later and I can't even get them to tell me someone will come look at the gate to see what needs to be fixed. No one is returning our calls or texts.
