Months later I find myself questioning how I was even set up with this business. In June of 2013 my…read moremother passed away, I had never lost a parent before and I was in need of a lot of help. First, when I told Ms. Wilson I was not having a traditional funeral with a casket, flowers, and all the works, her attitude changed immediately. While I understand that funeral homes do not make a lot of money from cremations, I feel as though everyone should get the same respect. Ms. Wilson did not want to answer my questions and the two questions she did answer, were answered with attitude and irritation. Besides Ms. Wilson's unprofessional attitude, I had to call multiple times to find out how the process with my mothers body was turning out; only to find out they needed more and more information every time I called. Why someone did not contact me is beyond me. Also, there were a few times I had to call two and three times to get a call back from Ms. Wilson. I don't know what Ms. Wilson's policy is with her employees, but I don't understand why her assistant is there or what her purpose is. She cannot answer questions, fax paperwork, or give information without Ms. Wilson. Honestly, she's a human voice mail service. I called the business today to have the final bill faxed to my mother's bank to finish closing her accounts. I asked Ms. Wilson's Human Answer Machine to please fax it over, in which she replied "Thank you for calling. I'll give Ms. Wilson your message." I fail to understand why I could not have a paid in full bill faxed over to the bank when i asked. I called an hour later, the fax still has not been sent and Ms. Wilson still did not get the "message". In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend them to bury a dog.

I purchase in October2024 a new base for my mother's headstone and they had to pour a new foundation. It is now June 2025 and they're just getting around to having the work done at the numerous times that I went to the office and called with concerns about why it was taken so long to have the work order done. They have been giving me to run around the whole time, telling me that it was an off size based. They was having a hard time getting it when I told them that I wanted a refund from the order that I had place. They conveniently had a base in a warehouse that they was able to use. My mother's birthday is on July 7th. They have still yet to place the headstone back on my mother's grave.

What bothers me, because I live nearby is that they frequently set off the alarm to the property at all odd hours. Sometimes it's 1am and sometimes its 5am. I about 3 blocks away this summer and I can hear it blaring. It wakes up my neighbors, many of them have complained about it, and makes all the dogs bark. I don't understand why they can't keep from setting off the alarm two or three times a week. Sometimes it's midday and it interrupts my work from home conferences. A minor problem but still totally avoidable!

From start to finish, he demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and a deep understanding of the process. Trent made what could have been an overwhelming situation feel manageable by clearly explaining each step and ensuring all details were handled efficiently. His communication was consistent and respectful, and he was always available to answer questions or provide reassurance when needed. What stood out most was his empathy and patience. He approached everything with care and sensitivity, which made a difficult time much easier to navigate. I highly recommend Trent to anyone in need of support with burial arrangements, his dedication and service are truly exceptional.

My experience with Holy Sepulchre was a nightmare from February until early May. I needed to…read moreconfirm whether there was room for my brother in a cremation only plot where my parents are buried. Before he died, it was his wish to be with our parents and he seemed sure that there was room for him. Just in case, I contacted the cemetery because I did not want any conflict to arise when the "at-need" time came. I became frustrated as the month of March arrived. I began to receive marketing emails from the company that operates and manages the cemetery on behalf of the salesperson. That prompted me to email the sales person to inquire about whether he found an answer to my question posed in February. Sadly, on May 1, that answer came after we had the funeral. In February, the salesperson indicated that he was sure there were "room for 4 souls" in the grave with my parents and he moved to quickly try to sell me on prepaying the grave opening fee and purchase other potential services. The same salesperson called me when we scheduled the service to introduce himself as the person who would be handling my brother's services. This became an unnecessary dispute that caused a lot of stress. While the cemetery "made an exception" to allow my brother to be buried with my parents, there still is something not right here. Another concern about my interactions with their area VP has arisen. He noted that there is no room on my parents' stone to add my brother's name. While that is true, it was also claimed there was no room for my brother to be buried but there was plenty of space for my brother's urn to be buried and there looks to be plenty of room for another stone to be placed. I gave the cemetery 2 stars--originally up from the 1 star I would give because I had a very positive experience with the cemetery's frontline staff when I visited the cemetery on May 6. Taras provided me excellent directions on how to navigate the large grounds so I could visit my great-grandparents' gravesite. His directions were excellent. He provided a map where he even drew a line with the best route to follow through the cemetery. Despite the overly aggressive sales tactics, I ended up having a great experience on the front-lines with Taras.
