I told them to undo what ever they did and give me my money back so I can take my car to a different place. To which is I was given a snide patronizing NO. I found this place because another driver was ranting about how good they took care of him so I figured around New years I would give them a shot. The service was Fast, especially compared to TA, and it didn't take too long for them to get me in the bay either, maybe close to an hour. I think they were finished with my PM a little over 1 hour no more than an hour and a half. I was talking to one of the managers and he told me they still have issues with inventory since before Covid, and I already knew that because my Boys and I race, so it take awfully long to gets part these days. They did not have my cabin filter but I was glad they checked it and I will try to get one later. All in all I give them 5 stars for being professional, quick, and they actually did a good damn job on the service! A lot of places have trouble with my Detroit starting up but I notice this store actually used the primer for my engine. We definitely are going to bring the Paccar in for a service. I'm not home a lot but I bookmarked this store as 1 of my favorites and I will definitely be back. Clean Lobby and bathroom too, hell it actually smelled good and didn't have a nasty bathroom or seating area which my wife hates!
