Im giving three stars is because someone forgot to put the caps back on my tire stems. It was a gift from my spouse of silver grenades. I called and was told they were not there and they are not responsible for them. So if you need tire work done I recommend taking your own caps off and putting them back on later if they are custom.

I always get my car checked out before I got out of town which was last week with the family. Matthew had highly recommended that it would be best for safety purposes to get my front brakes and front tie rods (dripping grease which he showed me and took a picture of if) done before going out of town. I requested Matthew and once again, he did not disappoint me and the total.for both services were under six hundred dollars and he also informed me he topped off my wimdow washing fluid as well!! But the difference in Erick was even after we let him know that we were not going to buy the vehicle from Flow Honda but from another local dealer, a very similar vehicle but a Toyota. He called us and talked to us and told us that he understood and that if anything fell through with our purchase at the other dealer the offer at Flow Honda was good for a month. As a former service center manager of a major rental car company, I knew what brand of tires I wanted. I made the purchase online and set up the appointment on there as well. We went in on a Saturday and the parking lot was filled to the max. Was only one spot for me to park the car. I set the appointment as a drop off because I had other things to do that day. As I walked in, it was a lot of customer sitting down, waiting for their cars to be completed. I thought I made the right decision, scheduling it as a drop off instead of waiting for it because it seemed like it was going to take a while because there were so many people there already at that time in the morning. I checked in with someone and then looked towards the garage and noticed there were a lot of people in there working. They sent me on my way and said that I was all set and that they would take care of the car. They have an online system where you can track the status of your vehicle to see if it has been completed. In less than 30 minutes, I checked and seen that my car was done! I couldn't believe it and had to refresh the page again to make sure my eyes weren't deceiving me. It indeed was done! Went back to retrieve the car, and went on with the rest of my day. The tires were perfectly installed. Was very impressed with the service I received here, and would definitely come back for any of my tire needs!
