We had been in search for a jute rug. At pottery barn, the typical jute 8 × 10 runs for a little more than a thousand dollars. We found a beautiful jute rug with orange rust accent threading to match our couches for far less than what is priced at pottery barn and the quality of rug was not sacrificed. We also bought some artwork from them. A pretty large piece for a very reasonable price. I attached all the pictures. Favorite little touch: they sell small products like lotions and candies that are made locally and are organic Thank you Kathie for your hospitality and we will be popping in to add more pieces to our home.

Sleeping on a box spring and mattress on the floor was rough for us because it's too low, with my husband having sciatic issues & me having knee replacements. No one has called today yet. They've closed as a matter of fact! Customer Svc offered $100 credit in the store, but the prices are already ridiculous! Our bed frame, head and foot board is outside! Mind you, our new bed frame head & foot board cost $1,300.00! Still no call. "7:43pm: Well look who's just arriving without a call???! Delivery!" Letting flies in the house! Not acceptable. So what will the $100 store credit get us ....???? A small rubber desk plant was $39! Not happy customers. My husband has to be at work @3:30am! They barely left after 8:25pm. Not a great impression to new customers. However our bed is comfy and nice. But it's our own mattress and boxspring. Frame is nice. Nice features. Overall wasn't satisfied with Svc.

On the delivery day, they were about an hour late but notified us that they would be running late before our delivery window closed.
