Brady and Steve were able to handle everything we needed with precision and quality. They were professional in every aspect of the job, from communication, to pricing, to daily routine. They had the skills to handle the full job, including installing cabinetry, appliances, tile, plumbing, electrical and hardware. They did a stunning masonry job on our fireplace, complete with a custom mantle. They built a faux beam to match the mantle and installed all new lighting and fans to finish the room. There was no shortage of delays caused by the cabinet distributor, but Brady and Steve were smart and flexible, allowing them to keep the job moving along. We can't thank them enough for taking on this project and finally giving our family a beautiful space to call home.

I have debated putting out this review but it has been 6 weeks since our sod install and sprinkler…read moresystem. And like the other reviewers stated he seems professional, down home, kind --- someone you can trust. However I would not recommend Shane for sod install or sprinkler. First off Shane is not as responsive all the time as he indicates on his website. We reached out multiple times prior to install and he would not be call or texted back promptly. We gave grace and assumed "its off season it will be different in March." It was not the case. The day of the sod install I came home to discover the 3-4 yards of top soil (which he charged us for and we deducted) which was supposed to be put on over our compacted earth yard (which was under rock and weed barrier for 5 years) was skipped and he instead put down 8 bags of mulch/soil which amounted to less than a mm of coverage over the 700 sf. Shane did not roll the turf either so it did not have good contact with the ground. We asked him to come back out but he said he was out of town for a week. What we have now is an anemic yard with lots of depressions and/or air pockets. Ash 6 weeks this lawn should be lush. Shane supposedly specializes in sprinklers. He put in the variable nozzle sprinklers on our lawn which don't even reach all the areas it needs to. Additionally he failed to tell us the VN actually need to be ran longer so instead of the 10 mins for all the other parts of our lawn in order to get adequate coverage we need to run these for 20 mins. To top it off the sprinklers that spray toward the house overspray hitting our foundation and our concrete patio. Maybe he does good work some days and on some jobs but he took a lot of shortcuts. Unfortunately for Shane I have installed sod and had it installed on previous homes so I am well aware of what a good install should look like and what its outcome should be. The fact that he tried to hide he did not put down the 3-4 yards of topsoil is just concerning. We may have to remove our sod and start over (which we paid him for $800). Overall just don't recommend.
