Requested service to repair a broken manifold. Was told they'd be out the same day. Got a message later that they wouldn't be out as their technician was delayed at another job. They asked me for other days that would work for me. I told them my availability was wide open. They never responded again. I followed up a few times, abs I could tell they read my messages, but they never acknowledged them at all. I called and set up an appointment for the system at my house. The tech arrived two hours after the agreed upon time. The notification about the tech being late came approx. 10min before he showed up (2 hours late...). I called a few days later due to another head being broken (not blaming the tech) with a complete no show occurring on the next agreed upon day. No notification of a cancellation was received by me. I am not calling into question the quality of work but Beeline's ability to communicate, in my opinion, tanks their trustworthiness. read more

I called for a repair and they set up an appointment to come to the house. The day of the appointment, I get a call from the person doing the repairs stating he was busy and could not come out. After unsuccessfully trying to convince me I could fix it ( because he didn't want to come out) he said I would have to call back in and make an appointment for a rescheduled appointment , and it would be a couple weeks. I called back in and got and answering machine. They have not called me back. Beware of this company, if they think the job is too small, or they just don't want to come out, they just don't come out. read more

We had a faulty piece of hardware fail, and got four quotes for work. Our sprinkler valve is four feet under ground and, complicating matters, on our neighbor's property. Not only did Beeline turn in a reasonable quote in writing, they were also able to get to us the fastest. When I had a question, Angie in the office always answered the phone or got back to me within hours. The work was completed on time and within the quoted price. I just called Beeline 10 minutes ago to schedule an appointment for sprinkler repair. They offered me two options. Traditional onsite repair service available in a few weeks or free over-the-phone service. I opted for the phone service. One of their experts called me within minutes, diagnosed my sprinkler problem and told me how to fix it. I've being trying to fix this problem for at least a month and I think they've given me an idea that will solve the problem. Just need to do a little digging and cutting of tree roots. read more
