The appointment setting process and staff via phone was a breeze and very friendly. Appointment was today. The staff is amazing and friendly. I've had plenty of conversations today with the staff that was very hilarious and pleasant. Dr. Zanthos was everything. His rapport is unmatched. He's the perfect person to be a dentist to a woman who's afraid of dentist lol. He's easy on the eyes (as gay as I am even I can say that). He talks to you and tell you everything he's going to do. He understood my fear and made my exam and my filling a breeze. He told me personal stories about friends and family that made me not even think about what he was doing. I throughly enjoyed my dental visit and thats big for me. I'm one happy lady today. But I'll be happier when my face wakes up so I can eat. Lol. I called on 09/16/2026…read morecomplaining of a wisdom tooth that was given me severe pain and I needed an appointment ASAP. I received a call confirming the appointment and it was for a cleaning I had to correct the appointment. I explained that I was under the care of a Cardiologist and I about to have heart surgery. They told me that they would reach out to get a confirmation approval. I had a appointment @7:30 on 09/15/2026 when I arrived they made X-rays I was shown the tooth was infected and needed to be removed. I was then told they had not received the approval from the Cardiologist and they would have to wait and handed me a prescription for antibiotics nothing for the pain because they had not performed the extraction. I left drove to the Cardiologist office and I was told they had not received any correspondence from the Dentist office. I do not recommend using this place of business.

Friendly and personal and seems so excited to have taken over the business. She talked to me about Invisalign and took a scan of my teeth, and we plan to do those after the first of the year. We went yesterday and Dr Tedin pulled her tooth. She was very good at calming my daughter and talking her through the process. No gas needed for relaxation. Even though they are only open 3 days a week they are able to provide timely care and good care.

The entire experience of both the appointment and after the appointment has been nothing short of a…read morenightmare. During the appointment, I felt rushed in and quickly shown out with little to no genuine care. I was looking for a referral for an oral surgeon, and they spent basically five minutes with me before handing me my referral. They showed no concern for my pain nor my condition. Also, the doctor that they referred me to does not even treat my condition. Their care was nothing short of sloppy. After the appointment has been even less pleasant than the appointment itself. With little to no communication, they have sent me bills for the appointment despite my insurance assuring me that my appointment was covered. I've had to call them multiple times to ask for the status of this bill, and they have given me no answers. I have asked for them to call me back once the claim gets approved or denied, and they failed to do that as well. Weeks later, a receptionist, Kendra, finally called me 30 minutes before closing to threaten to send this bill to collections. The first words from her were, "Do you want to settle this bill before we send it to collections?" I have been very communicative with both them and my insurance company, so receiving that call in that way was upsetting, to say the least. I'm getting ping ponged between them and my insurance company, and she didn't even call me early enough in the day to allow me time to try and contact my insurance and call her back. It's one thing to call a patient about an outstanding bill, it's another thing completely to threaten someone with this debt when they're actively trying to fix the issue. Both the timing and her immediately posing this threat feels like they were trying to pressure me to hand over money that my insurance is working on paying. If they do send it to collections, they will be forcing me, a full-time college student dealing with chronic pain, to now pay this bill on top of the doctor's visits, medications, and physical therapy that I am already out of pocket for. I'm sure they are fully aware of that, and they were trying to make me feel terrified about the fact that my insurance was moving slowly. This business is ruthless, and they will make sure that they get their money from you for the crap service they provide. I guarantee that even if I call them tomorrow explaining what my insurance has relayed to me, they will still pile this debt onto me. If you are looking for quality care and to be treated like a person, go anywhere else.

Being early January, I'd not yet swapped-out my insurance card in my wallet, which caused a computer-generated automatic denial of coverage. And, the receptionist assisted by contacting my insurance company, verified that I have coverage, and efficiently dealt with the administrative SNAFU. The only negative that I can identify is that the entrance to their parking lot is steep. So, it's wise to drive slowly when entering their parking lot. However, my husband also has transitioned to this office, along with one of our adult children. Besides my dentist, there has been a lot of transition in the office, with all but one of his previous staff leaving by this year. I also noticed that the other dentists in the office have changed several times, with only my dentist being the same one still there within 18 months. I have not had the same hygienist clean my teeth in the three times I've been there. This is a bit of a change from any dental practice I've ever experienced, ever throughout the course of several decades in a couple states. I guess the dental industry is changing a bit, and if you are going to a chain dentist, you aren't going to have the same person cleaning your teeth every 6 months for years. I will probably miss walking and recognizing people, or having them ask about the kids and family, but as long as I get a good cleaning every 6 months, that should be sufficient. I'll be interested to see who might be there next year when I go back.
