    Always want to support local businesses. Went in to try to get a replacement igniter for our 300…read moreseries Weber BBQ. I was told that they could not help me without the exact year & model or serial number; that the parts change every 3-4 years and they would need the exact model. We had bought it second hand, so idea of the year, but certainly less than 7 or 8 years old, but the plate with the serial number was no longer on the BBQ. My husband then went in WITH the part, and after some discussion (again, saying they couldn't help without the model/serial number) they looked up the part number and found it at another location. They took his name and number and told him they would contact him when the part arrived in a day or so. After about 4 days, he called to see if it had arrived. They had no record of him, his contact number, or the part being ordered from the other store. In fact, the sales associate said, "Well, that's not how we do things here". The sales associate was entirely unhelpful and somewhat condescending. No apologies, no offer to make it right. So, after two trips to the store, and zero follow through on their part, I looked up the part on Amazon. Found that this was a UNIVERSAL part, which fits ALL 300 series Weber BBQs built in the last 13 YEARS. Ordered, and it arrived the next day.

In the 2 hours it took to get a tow truck, they had called the police and ticketed my car. They literally would have had to call the police to come to their location to do this as the store was already closed. What a bunch of sour pusses.

Garry took my information, along with pictures of the unit and asked that I contact their Barrie office the next business day. When I contacted them, the service representative had already processed the delivery of a new remote unit at no cost! I received the new unit and easily installed it by the end of that week. Amazing service and helpfulness by both Barbeques Galore and Garry Scott of Napoleon. Thank you to both! You have earned my future business.

SIX WEEKS of back and forth - with Kent from Barbecues Galore being more reactive than proactive (If I did not initiate an email or call, he was not involved). I finally got a call from a '3rd party' asking me to provide the part number of the items that needed to be ordered - six weeks after delivery. How is the onus on the customer to know the part numbers of the missing grill components? I reached out to Kent again - no reply, no follow-up that was about 2 weeks ago. At this point, I realized I was dealing with a company that isn't invested in customer satisfaction post-delivery. I called DCS directly in the US, explained my situation - escalated the lack of support from the unresponsive dealer. Finally, I got the parts shipped from Lancaster, TX, in 48 hours by FedEx. It took me two days to get a part Barbecues Galore declined to take ownership of their delivery issues and kept the customer in limbo for seven weeks. This has by far been the worst customer support experience I have ever encountered.

    I want to share my experience with this company: I ordered…read moremany products to build and outdoor kitchen and received the shipment. But my contractor could not install it due to some unforeseen circumstances. When we opened the boxes months later we noticed that the refrigerator was missing. I did not expect anything from the company since it was my fault most probably that I did not check the shipment correctly or the refrigerator was stolen or something else. I still contacted with the company just to ask them if they could check if they sent the item. They checked and confirmed that it was sent. But surprisingly they sent me a replacement free of charge as a compliment. The customer service by BHARATI was very timely, effective, courteous and responsive. She called me and sent emails enough times about this ticket and for other purchases I placed later and a couple delivery problems. I don't know about the products' quality or durability as they are still not installed but I am very confident if I have further problems the company will stand by their products. Overall, great company, greater customer service and greatest representative.

We have been completing a renovation project at our home and NewAge was kind enough to defer my shipment until I was ready to receive everything from my order. I was handed off to Traci Wells for my delivery scheduling as well as post delivery checkup and she has done a WONDERFUL job at making sure everything arrived safely and in great condition.     So disappointed We…read morebought a beautiful new washer dryer for our condo from Home Depot expecting the high standards I was used to them having in the past. Our experience cost us an extra 600$ and over two weeks of duress. The first delivery date was cancelled because of the complete lack of and outdated communication between the delivery department and us and we had to wait another two weeks to have the appliance delivered. When it was delivered the delivery men were not allowed to turn off the water for us we had to call the concierge only to discover that our water tap was stuck and wouldn't turn. They had to leave the new appliance in our hallway and so were unable to take away our old unit because we would be without a washer dryer. The two young delivery men were, professional, gentlemen, and knowledgeable. They were put in an awkward situation of not being able to complete their task while having to leave us equally frustrated and angry due to the complete lack of functional communication logistics and protocol between when we bought our unit in store and when it was delivered. We now have to hire a plumber to install the washer dryer and take the old one away at our extra time and money. I would write the correct protocol for Home Depot but I am tired of doing someone else's homework without any compensation. I have made billions of dollars for corporations over the years by writing in on their guest services websites and I am done paying my hard earned money to do someone else's job. For what it cost us, next time I need an appliance I will buy American because the cost will be the same and the service will be better. Don't waste your money at Home Depot anymore. The old grey mare is not what it used to be.
