I was assured that the couch being delivered would be a brand new piece, not the damaged floor model. When the couch was delivered, it had damage in the exact same location as the floor model I had pointed out. I was told the couch they delivered came from the Tulsa location. I was skeptical so I asked the delivery driver where he picked up the couch. He picked up the couch at the Okc location. On top of that, the couch arrived missing 8 of the 16 legs. Replacement legs were later delivered, but those were also damaged. I was told a replacement couch and legs would be ordered and delivered within three weeks. Three weeks passed with no updates and no replacement parts. Each contact was initiated by me and with each inquiry the communication consisted mostly of being told the parts were expected "any day." I was offered a floor model, which I declined since I paid for a new couch. After weeks without a proper resolution, I finally submitted a credit card dispute. Interestingly, right after that I was informed replacement parts had suddenly "arrived," which raises questions given the timing. Very disappointing experience. I generally love supporting small businesses, but this situation is a reminder to document everything, every time. I work long hours away from my family to be able to afford purchases like this, so it's incredibly frustrating and disheartening when something that should be straightforward turns into an ongoing issue that feels rooted in dishonesty.

It's like he jumped inside my head and created the piece that I wanted but couldn't possibly convey all the details about. The quality of our maple table is top-notch. Delivery for the couch was supposed to be up to 3-4 weeks but we received it a week earlier! The delivery guys were amazing and hooked up everything nicely. One of the armless chairs wasn't able to fit in our living area so we had to send one back but they made the process very easy to do so. There was a 10% restocking fee, but that's about it. The company called afterwards to make sure everything was good and to do the refund. We will definitely be getting our furniture for our bedroom from here in the future. We have had our couch for about a couple of weeks now. Watched a few movies and the whole family loves it. My husband and I have bad backs and neck and this couch is the best for that. We haven't had any issues!

The first guy mentions without even measuring that he knew it wasn't going to fit up the stairs ....when they both determine it would not fit, they took pictures and tried to take the sofa back and I was like hell no! Had to hire two new movers at $77 an hour, and they ended up getting it in the apartment in less than five minutes. Living spaces end up refunding me half of the $99 fee because of the drivers laziness if you're up to it don't accept their full service delivery because it's a shame. You have to realize, about the time they get to you. They have already made maybe three or four deliveries just get living spaces to drop the item off in front of your house, which is free and pay somebody 50 bucks to bring it in the house or up the stairs it's actually cheaper and it will get done.
