Please do not become a vendor. I had a booth for 4 months and they did not pay me for my sales. I legally broke the contract with the help of an attorney and they kept my last month sales, the deposit and continue to invoice me for rent when I am no longer in the space. If you have had a similar experience, please report it to the federal trade commission, attorney general, email termination@paintedtree.com and customerservice@paintedtree.com to break your contract. read more

Okay, I love this place! I could probably stay here for hours on end with how much is in here. I walked in thinking it was just another boutique with clothes and all, but it's one of those places that have a BUNCH of vendors and a bunch of things to look at! Honestly I don't even think we finished looking through all the way. But they have a lot of clothing stores, mostly for women or for kids, but it was really nice browsing through. They also have a bunch of kitchen and home goods too, candles, literally anything you need. Stuff might be on the pricier side, but look in anyways. Some stuff is on sale so you never know what you might find. Service was super friendly so that's a plus too! read more

I didn't love it, but I didn't hate it! I just expected more than rows and rows of the same vendors. There were a few one off things here and there that peeked my interest, but overall it was a bunch of the same stuff. I also didnt like how there were a ton of people standing at the front counter, but no one greeted us upon entering or said anything when we left. Can't say that I would go back again unless I am looking for a very specific thing. read more

Do NOT be a Vendor at this place!! I was deceived by Avery (an employee at Painted Tree) about renting a space to sell a product I didn't even have to sell at the time. She knew this and directly told me that I would not have to pay until I had my product available. Now, they are charging me $400 a month (since February of 2025). I've called and reported this, and I'm getting nowhere. The management doesn't even respond to my emails and this is getting out of hand. And, even though I cancelled 2 days after signing the agreement, they are ignoring me and keep charging my credit card. I will continue to go public with this until they correct this and refund me all the money I've been charged...$1600 as of now. read more

It's like going down aisles and aisles of the same stuff over and over again, lots of Taylor Swift merchandise, clothes about loving Jesus and being a Mama, etc. Nothing wrong with that, would just like more variety as I can never make it through the first few rows of stores. **There are 2 stores I like a lot though, which is two cute vintage booths at the end of aisle A. One sells vinyl records and t-shirts, and the other sells a variety of y2k style clothes and toys which is fun. Probably would only come back for those if I'm being honest. read more

Painted Tree Boutiques - Women's Clothing Near Me - Edmond, Oklahoma

Normally, I really enjoy my experience at Painted Tree. Today, I learned that their business practices are low bar. I was walking through a very congested display, when an item started to fall off a narrow counter top. In any event I attempted to catch the falling item. In doing so, another item stacked with four other items sharing the same space fell. Two of the items were ceramic and broke when they hit the ground. I immediately felt bad but also realized it wasn't my responsibility. The young store clerk felt different and had to call the vendor to see what I owed. Ultimately she asked that I pay for one of the items, which allegedly equated to the "cost" of the items. I paid, because the only two employees on duty were basically children. They were clearly not making the pertinent decisions. These were not handmade items, but rather items purchased on wholesale/cost and marked up. Chances are the seller/vendor (whose name could not be disclosed) could have recouped cost from their supplier. This kind of loss is a risk of business that resulted from the risky display. To make matters worse, there are no announcements in the store in writing or otherwise to alert customers that they assume the expense of damage to goods, intentional or not (You Break You Buy). I won't shop in a painted tree again and encourage you to exercise care if you do. read more

BUYER BEWARE.. purchased several hundreds of dollars of merchandise from this store last Sunday afternoon. Went to press and wear a dress I purchased only to realize it had a hole in the front where the threat had not caught the material. Called the store to see about just exchanging the dress for another one and was advised you only have 48 hours for a return for credit or exchange. As I have explained, the dress is defective, the boutique owner can send the dress back to the manufacturer as defective and get a credit on it. I will never step foot in this store again and hope others don't either. This is absolutely horrible customer service and no way to run a business. read more

The two young ladies working this evening are very rude and unprofessional. We were told at 8pm they were closing so we immediately headed to the dressing room for my daughter to try on two dresses. Both workers rudely asked us to leave as she was putting her shoes on and other customers were walking to the checkout. We put down all the items we intended to purchase and will not be back. I'm sure the booth owners would love to know how they are treating customers and asking them to leave because they are too lazy to stay 5 minutes past closing. Maybe they should alert customers that the store is closing before 8pm and telling people they have to leave. read more

Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!! Received a T-shirt from one of the stores for my Birthday. Wrong size, so I went to exchange for correct size with the receipt (Tags still on T-shirt)10 days after it was purchased. I was told they have a 2 day return policy. Not a good way to run a business. I will never purchase anything from this place again. Sad because they have some unique things there. read more

From a vendor's perspective, DON'T DO IT. Upon signing my lease, I was promised promotion and help getting myself on my feet. My booth is extremely different from everyone else's (I am not stickers, Lulu Lemon bags, Taylor Swift merchandise, or drop-shipped knick knacks), so I knew it would be hard getting started in a place so different from my selection and vision. I had no idea it would be THIS difficult. I am currently completely ostracized for how different I am, as well as my age (nineteen, and was told I was the youngest business owner there). I am not taken seriously, staff do not care whether I live or die (they know I'm stuck here either way, the lease is 12 months long :p), and they are absolutely no help in promoting my business. I was rolling pretty nicely in the beginning, but after awhile the excitement dies down and you're left digging in your couch for spare change in order to cover your booth rent (so effing pricey by the way), and you cannot leave until 12 months after you sign up. I have reached out several times to the head of the store and got nothing but snippy, rude responses (again, they know you're stuck, so who cares how they treat you at this point). Staff is rude, disgusting even, and does practically nothing to help you. The only good thing I have ever gotten out of Painted Tree was a start to a business name, and you best believe after my 12 month prison sentence is up, I will be moving elsewhere (somewhere that supports a bit more business diversity). It's cool to have a bunch of small business in one place, but having something different every once in a while (despite Painted Tree's best beliefs) would not hurt. If you're looking to vend or buy t-shirts about being "in your Taylor Swift Lover Era," there's hundreds of places just for you. If you want to sell or buy something different, look elsewhere. Should have just kept my shop online and not messed with this garbage. read more

my daughter finished trying on clothes at 8:00. we had over $100 in items picked out and they wouldn't let us check out. they said we close at 8 and we can't do sales after 8:00. it was 8:05 and another lady was checking out ahead of me and we could have easily finished and been out the door in a few minutes. they told me they would hold it for me until the next day. no, thank you, spend 5 minutes and check out the customer who is willing to spend money. I have worked retail for years and you can quickly check someone out. read more
