If I can give this school a 0 I would. The program that I attended is Esthetics evening class. I…read morewill say everything started off great then 2 1/2 month into the program our teacher start getting overwhelmed due to her having two job. This is something she communicated to staff as well as the class. She was talked into staying 2 days a week and the school will hire another teacher for the other two days. We'll, this worked for maybe 2 weeks. So then the teacher that came on for two days to help our original teacher which was a cosmetology teacher start working 4 days and then got switched to another class. Now the Daytime teacher Christina started teaching our class certain days and times. Don't get me wrong she knows her stuff and she is a great teacher to her class only. She came to evening class half teaching us, she was set to leave a certain time and would leave earlier then that time. Our class pretty much felt her vibes of her not caring to teach our class. So once the school found us a permanent teacher it was not a esthetic teacher. The last two and a half months of the program we we're barely taught anything and we had a cosmetology teacher who couldn't help us with understanding anything as far as equipment or just all in all skin care question which is real bad. The class taught ourselves hoping that we were correct with answers. Then the last couple weeks everyone in the class dreaded going because we literally had to find something to do. We have done every practice test that the school has provided, if we wanted to work on each other we would have to hope that we had the supplies an that the machines worked. They never had supplies and machines were always broken. Christina would hide supply from the night class, and for makeup classes for us students to make up for classes that was missed she canceled the last week because of rumors her sneaky daytime students told her. All n all she showed how unprofessional she can be. So now this program is 600 hours but you are scheduled 630 hours they play with your time put you down for time you never missed, it was a joke. All students were told we only had to complete 600 hrs the extra 30 hours is to basically use for emergencies. Then when it's time for everyone to graduate the tell us we have to makeup the extra 30 hours. After all the bs only thing I can say I'm proud to walk away with is my certificate of completion. The school charges a $300 seat fee to hold your seat as class feel up. The program was $9000. Night class have expressed to the coordinator several time that this program was not worth it we didn't even get proper supply. We received 4 text books, a smock, and a makeup kit with cheap makeup in it. No lash products no facial product. The school sent everyone a email saying that they will reimburse the $300 seating fee. Ok that's okay in all but that let's you know that this school and all the big people that is connected to the program knows this was wrong and they literally know that what we was taught was not worth what we paid for to attend this school. This school should've been giving students way more then $300 back. It such a slap in the face knowing how much we paid. I started my reviews off here but I have way more sites to go to and report this school to the board of education. This school will learn from all this when all the night students come together and take the school to court. I recommend anyone who is looking to get into the esthetics program to go to another school. I hope this helps someone make the correct choice when it comes down to attending this school. Only program that I would recommend is the LPN OR WELDING PROGRAM THEY RUN THOSE VERY SMOOTH.

If I am going here - its for a forced work conference, which will ultimately put me in a bad mood…read more The presenters that work for Boces are not good at commanding a room which makes the conferences all the more time wasting (and time sucking).

I tried following up with phone calls etc... they do not answer phone calls and the school is completely run down. I would call daily and hear nothing. I decided I was going to unenroll due to the way they ran their business and because I thought I should spend a little more money going to another school to actually learn correctly and get my phone calls answered or called back. I chose to walk in and let them know I was unenrolling instead of calling because they don't answer phone calls. I sat down with a lady and told her my situation and why I was choosing to leave there school, she looked at me as if I was crazy and said she had nothing with my name on it or anything. She said they didn't know who I was and acted like I was not enrolled. Keep in mind I paid enrollment fees and had there required background checks done and everything. I left very mad because I was enrolled and I had proof. I texted them more and called because I wanted my money back and no one has answered still. Do not go to this school. Do not waste your time with the tours or calling. They just want your money and do not care about you.

I've been attending this school for only a few months now and it's probably the worst choice in…read moreschooling anyone could make. This business is falling apart. Employees and teachers have been quitting left and right. We found expired facial products from 2013 and 2020 being used on clients. For official clients that pay money to receive a facial from us, we're told to cut the facials short instead of giving them the full 50 minutes they paid for, simply because the employee that runs the clinic wants to go home instead of doing her job. We've been using water in replacement of empty products because no one orders new batches. Half of the school's facial machinery is broken. And as a student, during class days you're legally obligated to stay in the building for 4.5 hours. The first 20-30 minutes are notes and the rest of the time we sit here staring at the wall. You're not allowed to leave the building for anything, and the only food or drink are in broken vending machines that eat your money. The lady that runs this business rarely visits the school since she's too busy in Florida or on cruise ships wasting all of our tuition on herself instead of paying her employees adequately or fixing up our equipment or buying new products for our "spa". She very obviously does not care about running a school. This feels like a money grab instead of a legit education. I would never recommend this school to anyone and the most I can hope for is that I'll pass my board exams.
