I called him while the work was being done. He told me to let him know as soon as the work was completed, and he'd be happy to do a walkthrough for me and squeeze me in so I could get home ASAP. He went to my apartment with his assistant and filmed the walkthrough and sent me the videos. It wasn't as bad as I had thought it would be, but it was still a job that would be too much for me to handle on my own. I knew if I hired Patrick, I could just walk back into my apartment as though nothing had happened. And that is EXACTLY what happened! He spent 1 full day and a morning cleaning the place from top to bottom. Everything was put back precisely according to pictures. I had done a lot of covering of closets, etc., because I was scared my building wouldn't do an adequate job. Not for a second did any of the 3 take a break from their right on time arrival for our noon appointment. I believe it took them 3.5 hours. May be more. When Carlos says they clean inside and outside kitchen/ bathroom cabinets and drawers, window and door frames, light fixtures, wood molding, steam mop, vacuum, dust he wasn't kidding. Those are things included. They also bring their own eco-friendly cleaning supplies, mops, steamer, broom, and even garbage bags. If I hadn't just spent 8k to flee the disaster called NYC to another state, I would have absolutely tipped each of them far more. Payment is not expected until they are done.
