It was our first time looking into having professional cleaning service done to the home and when researching, there were so many companies out there along with a few referrals from my friends. I ultimately decided to go with Rapid Maid because of the number of conversations I had with the owner, Erick. He was able to address all my questions and was able to give me a very reasonable quote based off the pictures I had uploaded and sent to him. He clearly laid out what would be included in the service and what would not (for example, no garage and no backyard). Making an appointment was extremely pain free as he was very accommodating toward our days. Yes, they offer their services both Sat and Sun. On the day of the service, he came with 2 other crew members and I was able to walk through the home with him to go through high level of what has to be done. I can run my fingers across surfaces in the kitchen without encountering a sticky layer of grease... I never knew the corner tiles in our bathroom were the same color as the other tiles. I hired Rapid Maid Specialists do a deep clean of my apartment. For $240, Alicia and Erick cleaned my entire apartment. The service itself is super quick to respond and very flexible on timing. The brought all their own equipment and offered to take their shoes off while cleaning which I really appreciated. They did a thorough job on moving things around to clean, and even lifted up rugs to vacuum and wash the floors underneath, as well as doing the top of the rugs as well. They were super friendly and helped me take garbage out, and got the air vents, and a bunch of nooks and crannies that I didn't think they would get to. They did the inside of my fridge and the stove. They did miss a few spots, like hairs on my sink (though the inside of the sink was spotless) and the windowsill and top of the heaters. that being said, I feel like they did a very thorough job otherwise. This was a great treat for me, and I would look into hiring again for just the bathroom / kitchen every so often! read more

I recently got a deep clean. It wasn't the cheapest option, but they definitely made it worth the money. And the price was less expensive than some other Yelp cleaning services. They spent more than three hours here and cleaned everything from floors to walls to cabinets to garbage cans to my toilet brush holder! All the stains and dusty parts I couldn't get to are clean, including under the lid of my stove. They brought their own supplies and machines (some cleaning services make you supply cleaning supplies) - an operation that was reminiscent of a band loading and unloading its gear. One thing to note, when they show you your apartment after, double check that they got everything. My toaster-oven and my cabinets under my kitchen sink were missed, and I didn't look closely enough to point it out at the time. They would have totally taken care of it. I'm also mentioning this so you know it's a real review. That being said, there's not enough room to list all the items they cleaned phenomenally. I will definitely use them again. read more

Called them yesterday and they came today!! My parents decided to come visit at the last minute and my guest studio had not been used for a month. It was filled with dead bugs and dust. They did a fantastic job, had excellent communication, and charged a very fair price - especially compared to what others were charging for the same job.
