He was super nice and despite a language barrier we were able to discuss what I needed cleaned. It was slightly annoying to me that Cleaning day did not give him all of the details though. I don't think I should have had to explain things but alas, the clean he did was great!! Really the reason I'm not giving 5 stars is bc it seems rly up to chance, the communication from the company feels extremely lacking and there's no support for a language barrier. There were a few miscommunications also (which again was NO fault of Alejandro's!). The price felt like I underpaid for the kitchen clean but overpaid for the bedroom - it was tough to know what to expect based on the website and not being able to totally communicate with the cleaner they sent (and I know they have bilingual staff bc someone called me as the cleaner was having an issue getting into my building.) Overall I might book again, but I'd know I need to be home for the entire cleaning so I am able to communicate various things the cleaner wasn't told. Which is sort of annoying to know that for the several hours a cleaner is there, I also have to be. I'd probably use this service again! But just have realistic expectations of what the process will look like to get you your beautifully cleaned home!

The first time Anastasia essentially did a deep clean of my entire apartment, including the oven and fridge, and did a fantastic job. It felt like a new home! My second cleaning was recently, a few weeks after the first, and was done in about 3.5 hours, but just as good. She did more in 3 hours than other services have done in 4 or 6, and it was the most thorough clean we've ever gotten: She moved furniture to clear debris and mop/vacuum, every crevice of the inside of the microwave was spotless, the grout in our bathroom is sparkling white again, and she took out the trash and recycling when she was done. These are things you might expect from a cleaning service, but let me tell you, it's rare to find someone who does it ALL thoroughly. The price is also better than you'll get with a service like Handy, for example (and someone from Handy stole all our silverware, so we never used Handy again.)

Unfortunately, that wouldn't work with my schedule so I had to reschedule. Then the woman who came the second time showed up an hour late. She said she had been outside the building but didn't have my cell number to call me and had to wait for someone to come out. This was unfortunate because I left instructions that I don't have a call box and that my cell needed to be called to let the cleaner in. There was a tech issue with my third appointment, and the customer service in rectifying it was incredible, they offered to refund and also set up a follow up cleaning appointment. It is the best customer service I've experienced in a long time!
