At the Fort Lauderdale airport the pick area has been changed with no clear notice where the shuttle drops passengers from the Tri-Rail Train. So if you miss the bus waiting for it or see it sailing by. You have no alternative but to buy a whole new ticket for more money! A bus ticket should be good for 24 hours. What really irks me is that the bus line does not give you a straight refund. They give you vouchers. I have should have a refund of approx. $31.00. However, I learned that I am now $50 dollars away from my $10 voucher! Robbery if you ask me! I hope they care about customer reviews enough to change this policy.

For a well-dressed chauffer, always on time if not ahead of it, bringing you around in a comfortable luxury SUV, Marty's rates were reasonable. No regrets in taking a chance and trying him out. Will gladly do so again on our next Orlando trip. My only regret though was not having a group photo with him as we were too excited to hit the parks at opening each morning and too tired when we got home after closing them each day. To make matters worse, when they processed the refund, they sent it to a card that does not belong to me. I have been trying to get this resolved for almost 20 days, but customer support has been completely unhelpful. No one has taken responsibility or provided a real solution. This was clearly an error on Uber's system, but I am the one paying the price. It is unacceptable to keep a customer's money because of your own mistake. I expected much better service and accountability from a company like Uber.

From booking the rental a few months back, there was plenty of communication about what was needed and when, where, and how I would retrieve my vehicle. The price I got for a 12 passenger van was very reasonable and the customer service was always very pleasant. I also enjoyed the fact the vehicle pick-up was counter free. That is always my least favorite part of the rental process so being able to avoid the additional upselling and passive aggressive vehicle inspection of prior damages with a service rep was a welcome change. The van we received was in fair/good condition but most importantly, we got the large vehicle we needed to transport our family of 10 around town and easily accommodated our several pieces of luggage. This company even went above and beyond after our rental and returned/shipped an item to me that we left in the van. The return process was seamless and all instructions I was provided worked as expected. Will absolutely 100% use this company next time we visit Orlando. This was definitely one of the best experiences I've had renting a vehicle.

I told him that we had Faster to the Fun and would like to be there as early as possible. I called him that morning to verify pick-up time and he said that he would be at the hotel as close to 11 as possible. After an hour of waiting around, he finally got to the hotel at 12:00pm. We did not arrive at the ship until 1:00pm. I was decently disappointed at this point. On the return, we called at 7:30am as requested on the return sheet that Mike gave us. Told him that we would be off the ship by 9:00am. He said there would be a driver by the name of George there to pick us up and gave me his number to call him. I called George after clearing customs and he said that he would not be our driver, and instead gave me a different name and a different phone number. I called Mike back and told him the situation and asked when the driver would be there. He then said that this guy wouldn't be my driver either and gave me ANOTHER name and phone number. This driver finally arrived about 30 minutes later. On top of all of this, both drivers we had were on the phone the ENTIRE 45 minute ride and were swerving all over the road. It was quite scary. Yikes! Consistently late and gives you the run around. I am a travel agent and would not use this service again, nor would I suggest it to any of my clients.
