So, if you wanted to make changes on the percentages, you had to wait another "year". I was very upset and let Andrew know my feelings on this overlooked issue. The next year came, calls were made and with the same March investment, Andrew again failed to contact me to ask if I wanted to make any changes. So - there were no changes made, again, and as the market is hitting all time highs. You as an investor listen to your adviser and then make a judgment call. If he does not call you before the anniversary dates, you do not have a chance to make any adjustments.
