It took over two weeks to pay out my claim (meanwhile racking up daily interest on both vehicles and two insurance payments) from my insurance company because they were awaiting paperwork from AZFCU. My claim has now been paid in full - and sitting with them - for a week. The car is still racking up daily interest, as is my new vehicle, and I am not able to submit for reimbursement on my tags until the lien is off the vehicle. The icing on the cake was waiting for 45 minutes on hold today to be told, "Oh, sorry, our system is down," by someone clearly not in the United States when they finally picked up. The second everything is settled (they owe me GAP money and a refund for my additional coverages) I am refinancing the car away from them and closing my accounts. What a nightmare.
